Pimento cheese was truly delicious and bold. The ribeye was large and delicious- cooked to perfection. The appetizer and entree game here justifies the price- some great options.

Ordered the duck fat fries, ribeye and wife had the red snapper. We ended the night with the smores and their take on all the dishes were wonderful. Portions were good, food was cooked perfectly and service was wonderful. No notes honestly, will be back forsure

Ethan was a fantastic server with great recommendations. The pork belly is always a favorite and something we get every visit. Highly recommend for a great date night.

Really great experience. The food was really good, awesome cocktails, and a very attentive server! I live in Raleigh but from Pitt County and what a treat Ford+Shep was during my visit “home”. Definitely rivals comparable restaurants in the Triangle. Can’t wait to go back. My local cousins already have!!

The walk in and environment is super nice and well tucked away. The environment is super cozy and the interior design is neat. The waiter, Nikkia, was super friendly and an overall super positive waiter. The fried green tomatoes were super delicious, it was my favorite item that I had during my visit. We ordered the Peruvian shrimp and the tuna and melon. The Peruvian shrimp was pretty underwhelming overall. It was pretty acidic with a good amount of vinegar and lime and had only like 5 pieces of shrimp on it. The tuna melon was a bit of an odd combo. While the watermelon did sort of work with the kimchi, the watermelon did not blend well with the tuna. The tuna being warm and savory was too contrasting with the cold watermelon The restaurant does change their menu weekly, so it could just be that this wasn't a week I would've enjoyed, and also, the dishes we ordered weren't the main course. The entrees looked good. However, each item was above 35$, which isn't unreasonable, but for the average person is a bit much, so keep that in mind when planning but im sure itd be worthwhile. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Even if you have
1 bad experience with the food, I would still keep an open mind to what else they may have on a different week.

Greatest restaurant Greenville has ever had! Disregard other reviewers with 1 star that then rate Golden Corral 5 stars...unbelievable
Food here is world class. If you don't want to spend money for great food and service...stay home!
The other great thing is that the restaurant is not pretentious. Dress however you are comfortable and come with a good attitude...it improves from there. I have spent far more and not been as impressed as I was here. Reviewing past pictures and menus...I love the seasonal and theme variations...keep up the great work. Service was outstanding. Wine menu and cocktail choices were well curated.
(If you are on a budget, share a couple of small plates and a dessert...you'll have a great experience and be out of there for under $100)

The food is outstanding. I ordered the shrimp pasta. The service is superb and the atmosphere simply marvelous!
The most beautiful woman in the world didn’t come with the meal, but I’m so glad she was still able to come with me here. Pleasant staff, delicious food and an atmosphere that left me in a daze all came together to wow me. Overall a phenomenal experience that I hope to revisit very soon.

Atmosphere mixed with fine dining and a casual bar/restaurant. Light was so low, you could not see the menu. On our table was a melted tea light candle. menu was very limited and on a piece of paper. Service was not good. Table was sticky. We expected fine dining given the over priced bill. It was disappointing given it was a special day for us to celebrate.

We used the greenhouse and private patio for an engagement celebration. The room, staff and food were all perfect! We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend! Thank you Dylan for your help in getting this set up.
The food and service are fantastic but the chairs are absolutely horrendous. We have dined here most previously at least 6 months ago; I told our server then how uncomfortable the dining experience was due to the wire chairs pressing into my rear end and thighs. He said that many previous guests have also complained! So they are well aware of the issue. Here we are, months later giving them another chance and hoping they maybe at least purchased some cushions for these medieval torture chairs. They did not. It detracts from the entire experience of your meal when you only want to leave as soon as possible to get out of this chair. If you’re wearing any material thinner than denim, such as a skirt or dress, you will be in pain. We will not be back until maybe 2025 with hopes there will be something nicer to sit in by then. Or maybe we’ll just bring our own cushions to sit upon.

I was there with a group of 4, including myself, this past Wednesday 9/25. We sat at the counter. Service started out well. The staff were attentive, food came in a timely manner, and was tasty and fresh. Where the night was derailed was as the evening was wrapping up. I made eye contact with two different staff, one a young thin blonde woman and the other a bearded kitchen staff male. The former twice. Both recognized and acknowledged my eye contact. Neither came over to see what we needed. Perhaps because they were not the primary staff serving us. Finally I had to ask a couple of times to the gentleman in a loud voice for the bill. He was in a sling. After the bill came, I could sense he was upset I raised my voice to get his attention. That is because normally when a waiter provides the bill, they wait nearby to take it quickly when they see you pulling out your card. Not him. I then had to ask again for someone to take the credit card. I suspect the man with the sling was acting in a passive aggressive manner by not quickly taking my credit card. Regardless, that was three different staff with extremely inattentive service. Unfortunately that matches the 1 star reviews I am reading on Google. Like some of the staff just cannot be bothered. While in the short term, the restaurant can get away with this behavior, as they are busy and have word of mouth as an it place in the area, it is my experience it will eventually catch up with the establishment. The level of inattention and lack of customer service was disappointing. I come to Greenville twice a month for business and bring customers and business colleagues on a regular basis. Thank you for reading. The only person that provided great service was the young brunette woman who took our order at the beginning of the night. She apologized for the delay when she took my card. And yes, the tip reflected the poor service.

We shared a French 75 cocktail, Numero 14 mocktail, Seared Tuna + Pickled Pear, Bleu Pear Salad, and Low country snapper. All were good, except the snapper; the snapper itself was good but it's base (faro + sausage) was way too salty even for me, and I often like dishes that others call too salty. So, 3.5 for food and I'll round up to 4.
What made this a bad experience for us overall was that I'd made a reservation 2 nights prior, but when we ubered there we saw they were actually closed for a private event. We gave them two chances to make it right (calling the night they didn't honor the res, and bringing it up the night we ate), and were disappointed they offered no apology for wasting our time and money.
