It started with sorting thru the cups to find one that didn’t have food stuck to it . Got 3 clean cups and went to sit down. Some of the food was ok some was horrible . No flavor in the greens. The “hot” cheese was very much cold . The chips were cold and stale . The fried shrimp was COLD. The steak we had wasn’t cooked warm it was already on the grill and looked as if it had been sitting . The famous Golden Corral rolls were cold and we watched them just throw butter over them to freshen them up . There also was so much staff but yet they were allowing dirty looking children at the desert area alone touching silverware bowls plates and the food. The chocolate pie looked delicious but was not able to get any bc I’m guessing the kids or ignorant mother stacked them and squished them back on the pie tin and nobody fixed it . The server we had was decent we were just going to not go back to this restaurant but a couple hrs later we were all sick to our stomach’s . I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. We called the manager and she did not care at all, she said basically “why didn’t you say something “ why did you eat it if it was cold” she was insinuating that we were lying. It has now been a few days later and I have a hemorrhoid from eating at this place. Still in pain and she said There’s nothing she can do Maybe call back Thursday. I hope this place gets closed down and I did call the heath department and make a report.

We decided to have Thanksgiving dinner here.very long line too get in but we were seated within 40 mins. Very good food & plenty of it. Food Very well seasoned.

Jennifer was by far the best server I have EVER had at a Golden Corral! She made sure our drinks were always filled and that our food was amazing! Such an amazing experience and a pleasure to have her as our server!

47.04 for two people during THANKSGIVING IS OURAGEOUS. You have to employees on cash register and only one of them is taking orders. You’re own employees can’t tell if a customer is seating at a table or not and not the only thing yall serving food on food lion plates 😭 what atp just close this business down

Manager chastised myself a paying customer & my mother. He inferred that I told cashier to go fix our take out orders. I did not! I merely asked how long it would be to wait for my order to be prepared. Cashier offered to get it herself. Manager was named Dennis not sure first or last name. He was Rude! He had a threatening demeanor. Yes he was a large black man.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for thanksgiving meal as we do every year. Food poisoning is what was being served. The whole group is sick 🤢. People were rude and staff was minimal at best. Other customers were completely out of sorts. It was like everyone was there for a last meal. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone. Greenville really dropped the ball on this!

No service! No tip! No one waited on us… three waitresses walked right by… I even went into their space to get coffee… I don’t know but I think No service is worse than bad service. Thanks for ignoring us.🤪
