The food is always fresh and hot.I just don't understand why I have to pull up to a parking space and wait every visit. It doesn't matter what I order or when I go. This is so inconvenient, I guess it's best to go when you're not in a rush.

Ordered the chicken tenders because they always look so good when I’m in there getting breakfast and they are taking them up. But today the tenders obviously had been sitting for a while. They were dried out with lots of batter. Nothing compared to zaxbys. First and last time ordering chicken tenders from here. Go to zaxby if you want good chicken!

I Ordered 2 hotdogs and 2 orders of fries at the drive thru speaker. The total was $12.80, I was the only customer in the drive thru and there were no customers inside. I paid with a $20 and received $6.20 in change so therefore the correct change was not given. I pulled forward and sat in my vehicle for over 10 minutes and no one brought me my food. So I went inside and asked for my money back and the guy working walked to the back and then put my food in a bag and handed it to me without saying anything. I got home and inside the bag were 2 hotdogs and 1 order of fries. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Ordered a smoke sausage and egg sandwich on a bun with mayo and the young lady rung it up right but the young boy making the sandwich didn't put mayo on it, so I took it back only for him to be funny by putting a dab on it! He needs to be restrained and know that customer service is important!

It's the luck of the draw when you go to this Hardee's. You never know who you gonna get in that determines the type of service you get. No consistency. Some of the managers and employees are good.The rest are terrible.

I don’t understand why every time I go to this Hardee’s, I ALWAYS have to pull up to a parking spot and wait 15-20 mins for my food! Now keep in mind I’m only getting 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit! Last time waited and didn’t even get what I ordered! So I always make sure to check the bag before I leave!

I go to this location often, I used to like Hardee's burgers, they have gotten smaller lately but I still like them over other burger/ fast food places.. I always have to wait at just about any location I go to because Hardee's are always the slowest out of all "fast food" places. This afternoon I go through the drive thru, after placing my order and paying I am prompted to pull forward to continue waiting- as always. 10-15 minutes later get the bag. As I start to pull away I stop to check the order and it's completely wrong. Pull up and park go back in to let them know. 10 minutes later after the three of them figure it out they hand me another bag, I proceed to check it and still missing the one order of fries. Ok fine no big deal, get the fries then I'm on the way. Get home and still one of the sandwiches were wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous, y'all make the food smaller, go up on price make everyone wait 20 minutes to get the wrong order.. Outside of my personal complaint, I would like to also note the bag that I brought back in is typically supposed to be thrown away after it goes out of the building. I think they threw the fries away but all 3 or 4 chicken sandwiches went back to their "hot" window to be sold to someone else, which is a health code violation in itself... As much as I like your burgers you will not receive any of my business in the future. I understand that service is slow so the food can be made fresh, but get it right please. There were only two maybe three orders total in the 20 plus minutes I was there..
