I don’t understand why every time I go to this Hardee’s, I ALWAYS have to pull up to a parking spot and wait 15-20 mins for my food! Now keep in mind I’m only getting 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit! Last time waited and didn’t even get what I ordered! So I always make sure to check the bag before I leave!

I go to this location often, I used to like Hardee's burgers, they have gotten smaller lately but I still like them over other burger/ fast food places.. I always have to wait at just about any location I go to because Hardee's are always the slowest out of all "fast food" places. This afternoon I go through the drive thru, after placing my order and paying I am prompted to pull forward to continue waiting- as always. 10-15 minutes later get the bag. As I start to pull away I stop to check the order and it's completely wrong. Pull up and park go back in to let them know. 10 minutes later after the three of them figure it out they hand me another bag, I proceed to check it and still missing the one order of fries. Ok fine no big deal, get the fries then I'm on the way. Get home and still one of the sandwiches were wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous, y'all make the food smaller, go up on price make everyone wait 20 minutes to get the wrong order.. Outside of my personal complaint, I would like to also note the bag that I brought back in is typically supposed to be thrown away after it goes out of the building. I think they threw the fries away but all 3 or 4 chicken sandwiches went back to their "hot" window to be sold to someone else, which is a health code violation in itself... As much as I like your burgers you will not receive any of my business in the future. I understand that service is slow so the food can be made fresh, but get it right please. There were only two maybe three orders total in the 20 plus minutes I was there..

Last night Ordered 2 big bags with the 2 double cheese burgers and fries and sweet tea got home only 5 minutes away and started eating noticed the bread on the sandwichs seemed hard around the sides as if they were old or had been made a long time ago. I really feel that the food had been sitting before I got their and I found out at about 10 pm that the food was not sitting right on my stomach and well I'm sure you can figure out what happened between 10 and 3 am no sleep just trip after trip to the bathroom. I never had a problem before but I would recommend going inside and watching the food being made fresh. I think that the best option not to go through what I had to go thru and am still not feeling the best but definitely watching them make the food fresh is the best option.

Waited about 8 minutes for a maple sausage biscuit, received a plain sausage biscuit. Paid for maple sausage biscuit. If you have to make someone wait at least get order right

I've been there twice and didn't get the right order either time. The first time I had to go back and get the right order. After the second time I'm giving up and just won't be back. All I wanted was 3 regular burgers and a large drink. The burgers were plain. No ketchup, mustard,or pickles. Just a plain burger on a bun. Why is it so hard?

Why do I have to pull up to wait for my food every time? I didn’t order anything special, just a bacon egg and cheese combo. By the time I got my food there were 6 cars pulled up waiting for food. This is supposed to be fast food and a drive thru. Not a pull up and wait.
My food came to 30 and change but when I did the math it was 25. Come to find our I got charged for a double candied bacon Frisco and gave me a single...robbed me of 4.00 dollars

In Greenville today for business and stopped in Hardee's on Charles for hotdogs.I love the hotdogs at Hardee's. I met the best drive thru person ever..This lady had a very pleasant voice whn I asked for hot fries,she still was very nice about it ,by this time I usually get attitud BUT NOT HER. Whn I got to the window she smiling which had me smiling,I had to ask who she was.I told her she made my day for being so nice cause alot of drive thru ppl are rude..but this was the best drive thru experience and person ever..all because of Thomaja Hayes! Thank you again for being a sweetheart.I will definitely return to this Hardee's whn in Greenville NC.

They should be embarrassed about this location. I’ve never been where it doesn’t take 20 minutes to get my food, the order wasn’t wrong or there wasn’t some other major issue. Always dirty slipping on the floor. I can’t believe after a decade they have not improved this place but once a year I go and I’m always disappointed.

If the was less than one star, I would choose it. Stopped in to get a hot ham and cheese last week. Only one in drive thru. I should have listened to that small voice in my mind. The only food I had that day was that sandwich. I was sick by night and for the next 5 days. Never again will I go to Hardees. Period.
