Wanted to try it and see what the rave was about. The mac & cheese bowl exceeded my expectations with the size and taste. It was seasoned with the Base sauce. The chicken sandwich, which was seasoned with the Afterburner, was larger than the bun it was on. It was also pleasant to the taste. I have to go back to try some other menu items.
I had got the 8 piece bone in combo, the chicken was fresh and hot but the “batter” was very wet and chewy and the chicken skin itself was disgustingly chewy, like rubber. My wings were DRIPPING with grease and all around unappetizing. Its odd to me it is fried wings but the batter falls right off from the CHEWY skin? Almost like it was just terrible frozen quality. The fries were just as bad, no real flavor it was just a grease stick, also soaked in grease. I also tried multiple drinks out the machine and they all tasted very off, with little carbonation. One good thing I will say though is the cashier was very helpful and personable, but there was one cook that wouldn’t stop coming around the corner to stare at my girlfriend and I, kinda odd. All of that to say i’m very disappointed with my $22 dollar meal.

I like to stop by when I'm on the way back to the coast and pick up the 50 wing tray for the weekend. I get them plain and get the sauce on the side. Everyone loves them and they are a breeze to heat up in the air fryer! We all love the Base sauce and anyone who wants it a little hotter just adds their favorite hot sauce to the base sauce. Abraham and his staff are kind and welcoming and the wings can't be beat! See y'all next time!

I'm gonna say I was a bit dissapointed because I got the second level expecting some heat so i could gauge and see how hot the hottest will be but I got nothing it wasnt spicy so im sure the hottest level is gonna be a walk in the park. The chicken was stupid juicy and it was still delicious so I'll only knock it 1 star. I'm gonna get myself round 2 and get the highest level and if it hurts while still tasting good then I'll bump it up to 5 starsUpdate: take the extra star. The spiciest level hurts and it lingers in the right way yet the flavor is still super deliciousand stupid juicy!!!! Definitely gonna be coming back alot
It's open...not coming! Chicken was tender and hot just like they said! Delicious! We're looking for fried pickles that are spears not chips tho!it's quite moist!!and it's been open for awhile now!

10 out 10 easily! My 1st experience at HCK was an amazing one. The staff was ultra friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and neat and my order was ready in 10 to 15 like it was promised. I ordered the loaded fries with chicken and a chicken sandwich combo. I loved the sauces on both the sandwich and the fries. It had a nice flavor and just the right amount of heat. I'm definitely going back to try their chicken and waffles, traditional wings, and the loaded chicken and mac. This is my new spot and one day soon I'm going to have my picture on the medic wall for eating a sandwich with the Carolina Reaper sauce and survive lol.
