Got the teriyaki chicken and shrimp meal. They had water down teriyaki sauce ,dried up chicken, burnt shrimp and plan rice and vegetables. My wife got the same dish and it was the same. I guess the way to cut corners is serve bad food. Service was good but the food sucked.

I typically love their food, love eating here.Whenever i come here its not easy to find seating because so many others are here, so many people like it too.the problems:The price for what i order doesnt match, i get small servings for big price. drinks are refillable which is a plus. the typical wait time after ordering is around 15-25 minutes.Again, the food is great, it is up to you to determine if the wait is worth the taste.Parking: many people compete for parking in this area because of the other food places. many people walking behind you and cars flying past you, so you must constantly be looking before trying to leave.

I could only make it through the noodles and shrimp. The chicken was hard, old and obviously not fresh, and the veggies were the same old....tasted as if it was warmed up. After eating from Sarku Japan from Raleigh the day before where the food is cooked right in front of you...this tasted even worst. First and Last visit. Yuck.
They have really nice sushi and Japanese foods. But the environment could improve.

Only two white sauce per plate. Vegetables were hard, chicken was tough, customer service was poor, several men working and they looked terrified a customer walked in. I was the only customer at lunch. This place was dead. Weird staff. First & Last visit.
