Stopped in for lunch. We ordered the new lunch size turkey and biscuits When our order came there was a tiny size helping of turkey and gravy with four small biscuits 1/4 cup. Order was overpriced and took a very long time to get the order. Soda machine was out of order. Would not recommend.

I spent $20 on Doordashed sandwich and chips, no sauces selected for sandwich in app very clear, and received sandwich with all sauces. So I spent $20 on hard kettle chips.

It was a great place to go in and eat. The food was prepared fast and tastes great as well! The food is great and the associates were friendly and helped answer any questions I had.

Fast, friendly service. Coke machine was down, so slight inconvenience, but they had bottels in the fridge. If you get lunch here, go w/ the classic. You can't go wrong! Delicious!!!

Terrible experience. Customer service was atrocious and the food was cold. Immediately upon entering the store it was obvious my being there was a burden to the employee. While ordering the employee was huffing and puffing saying “well let me go see if we have that”. Overall her attitude was horrible. While we were waiting for our food you could hear the employee yelling “ughhhhh another door dash order”. I observed other conversations the employee was having with other customers and she treated each customer horribly. I’m not sure if the employee was having a bad day or what the situation was but I know that I will not be returning here.

This is the 2nd year in a row I've waited in line for over 2 hours for a pre-paid ham with a reservation time. I won't be doing it again! This is an obvious management problem as last year only 2 people were working and the line was wrapped around the building. No lessons learned apparently - only 1 employee this year, so please don't comment on this post saying we should expect to wait in a 2+ hour line. Especially when there were elderly people having to stand for that long. It's unacceptable. This is the last year I buy a ham from here and I've been a customer for many years. I hope management reads these posts and makes improvements before Christmas.

False Advertising. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich for take out, specifically because it was described as being served on a croissant. The mediocre tasting chicken salad I was given came on white bread hamburger bun.

The Ham classic that both me and my dad go were bare. I mean, just ham on a hamburger bun. No mustard, cheese, or anything. We basically had a slider. There was 1 person working the whole store. And if you called in your order, you could not even go to the pick-up counter. She turned you away, so the line was out the door. The chairs were all taken up, so you couldn't sit down anywhere. Was just an uncomfortable experience. The sandwiches were not worth the money we spent, disappointed.

I was scheduled to pick up my Thanksgiving turkey at 3pm. I came at 2:30pm and the line was so backed up I came back at 3:00pm. I have been in line over 20 minutes and it has not moved. There are 30 plus people in front of me, people in the store and people behind me. There is ONE employee working inside. I placed this order weeks ago. I have tried contacting the store manager to no avail.
