10/10 with service and food. Received service right away and food was ready in 5 minutes. The food was great. I had a shrimp basket with sweet potato fries and my husband had a bag with crawfish shrimp sausage and potatoes. Everything was perfect. Went around 7pm no wait.
We dined in for my 4 year olds birthday and Nisa made our experience amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and had great drink recommendations. The male manager made sure our dining was enjoyable and our food was delicious
Hook & Reel will always be my go to spot! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff and the head manger is incredibly friendly and attentive always greeting with a smile and making sure I have everything I needed when picking up my order. The food is outstanding – esespecially my favorite order the Large catch it's always delicious! The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I Highly recommend this...
