I eat here maybe once a month with usually 4 or 5 star rating. But today the waitress with long black hair brought it down to a 2 star. She had no smiles or happiness about her to make it an enjoyable meal. And did not check on us regularly. I hope she has a better day tomorrow !

We have been here twice in the past two days because of work. Both times, they could not get our orders right, and once the wings were under cooked. When we asked to have the order corrected, they treated us like we did not know what we were talking about. Hooters has really gone downhill.
They take a long time to bring things no matter how simple they are.

When we walked in we were told to seat ourselves which we did. It took over 15 for someone to get our drink order. There were only 2 other tables and the server was socializing with other staff. When she got our drinks you could tell she was annoyed to be taking us. She brought our drinks and said someone would be taking over because she was going home. We then had Taylor as our server. She saved the experience and was the only reason we did not walk out. She was so sweet and took great care of us even though it looked like the other girl had left her with several dirty tables to clean up and made Taylor take all of her tables so she could leave. As soon as we saw Taylor get here she was busting her butt! Taylor was absolutely great and appears to be a hard worker!
