We ate there a few Thursdays ago. The food and wait staff is always great. We had a fairly new waitress named Emma. She was very personable and polite. She is from Southern Pines and is currently enrolled at ECU for nursing. I hope to have her as our waitress the next time I’m here. To have a waitress as thoughtful as she is, is definitely worth the drive to Greenville from New Bern.

First time eating here! Ordered burger for hubby and I ordered the shrimp burger! We split a fry! The shrimp burger was the best I’ve had in Greenville! Hubby said the burger was very good. It looked delicious! Although we don’t eat fries often, they were really good. I was impressed with their packaging for to go orders. It was in special container that retained the heat in the food! Food was still hot when I got home and we live on the other side of town! Definitely will be back!
Best burger joint! When we walked in, the whole place smelled amazing. It was obvious the people there were passionate about food—and that came through in both the flavors and the preparation. My son said it's the best burger he's ever had. And my cheesesteak was tender and well seasoned. Plus, it was cheaper than I expected; I hadn’t realized the prices I saw online included fries and a drink.
But now to the part that’s really important to me. My son has a severe dairy allergy. We’ve had some bad experiences over the years, so we’re always nervous trying a new place. I called ahead and spoke with Taylor. Not only did he say all the right things to show he understood the seriousness of the situation, he even put me on a brief hold to check the ingredient labels himself. When we arrived, he was the one who waited on us. He took time to understand my son’s needs, made helpful suggestions, and thoroughly explained the protocol to the cooks. He also checked on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our meal.
So—as amazing as the food is, the customer service is somehow even better!
