I made a phone order today and order 37$ worth of food and the server destiny was so sweet as she took my order. I told her I was outside due to having my dog. She brought my order and drinks to me and I don’t see that and most restaurants these days and when I told her this my first time coming to this location she said well when you come back I personally make sure you want to come back. And she made my first day of the new year food experience great. Whoever own these location she a keeper.

By far my worst experience. I hadn’t been here in a few years. Decided to give it a try again. Service was terrible. Ordered French fries and got tots instead. We also ordered a side of onion rings we never got. Also didn’t get our other side of tater tots for our meal until we were done with our food. The place wasn’t even busy and was pretty lonely so don’t know why it took so long. Workers were just on their phones. This is probably why this place doesn’t have good business anymore.

The food was like any other HWY 55. The staff on the other hand not that pleasing and very rude. The two young males were very condescending and liked to make fun of the customers. The older man that cooks was very sweet and accomadating. The waitress was very sweet and helpful.

Placed a take out order over the phone and was told they were out of American cheese. Not sure how a burger restaurant runs out American cheese but they did. Once I got there to pick my food, I was told they were out of fries. Again, not sure how a burger restaurant run out fries but they by did. In addition to being out of the basic items for a burger restaurant, they didn’t include all the food we did order.

Avoid this location. There are other, better run HWY 55 locations in Greenville.

Absolutely terrible waste of $70! The worst door dash experience I have ever had! Paid $8 for a concrete mix in and the store provided a kids scoop custard because they were "out of toppings". They put provolone on all burgers because that is what their "manager said to do for all door dash orders". Seriously! Get past the wrong cheese that my kids won't eat and the bun was a total soggy greasy mess and burgers were pink inside. Had to throw all burgers in the trash after one bite! I never leave reviews and have been going to Hwy 55/Andy's for 20 years, but this was by far the absolute worst experience ever. Save yourself $70 for family of 4 and go to McDonald's! I called the store and they took zero accountability! The store says it can't refund the two $8 shakes they didn't provide because the order was through door dash or do anything about my raw soggy provolone burgers. Total BS!! The store should take ownership and accountability of the disgusting food they provided. Doordash nor the driver did anything wrong, it was 100% lack of quality!

Worst Hwy 55 ever, which is saying a lot. Neither employess or management show any care for their customers or the business and are just plain rude. They are also sickeningly gross. Witness them drop fries on the counter and then pick them up and put them back in the bag on a takeout order. Food tastes like absolute garbage. Avoid this place like the plague.

I gave this place a chance and it was a total let down starting off the young lady that took the order was great. But the food was sloppy and just nasty looking. The young lady that gave us our food she was looking like she didn't want to even be there. And the place cleanliness was horrible. Will not recommend

Previously enjoyed Andy’s/Hwy 55 for 20+ years. It has now evolved into a hot dumpster fire. Got possibly the worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had at a highway 55. Disgusting old patty, with one piece of old bacon, and a stale bun. Whoever packaged it up is unhinged. You guys charge too much money, to send this kind of crap out the door. A McDouble would’ve hit the spot better. Then got to wash it down with a sour lemonaide with no ice.

I went to hwy 55 for lunch on my 55th birthday. The burger and chili cheese fries did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and even brought me out ice cream.

Kid-friendliness: No one was bothered my three year old granddaughter was entertaining the customers.

Recommended dishes: Burger, Cheeseburger, Cheesesteak

Everytime I come to this location my favorite server destiny alway please me when I know I do the most.She helpful to me and husband when I come in. I spoke to a cook he was nice and talked to me as well most cooks don’t do that these days. I ask destiny what his name she said Quinton. Whoever own this location good job.
