Cookies are great, but the delivery needs to be fixed. Started tonite with the expectation that the cookies would be delivered less than 8 miles from the store in about 45 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, the delivery changed to an hour later. Very disappointing for cookies that we are paying a premium for.

We started not to go here due to the negative reviews. At the recommendation of a friend we went anyways. Have to say glad we decided to. The place seemed pretty busy, we had maybe 8 people ahead of us. We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes and the cookies were phenomenal. Highly recommend going here.

Very poor customer service. Went today for the first time and the lady was very rude and didn’t show customer service to any of the customers. Was told that she couldn’t take a bill larger than a 50, which she claim was a sign up but wasn’t.. so I placed an order through the website because I had left my card outside. And she was aware of that. she told me that she was going to the back if I needed her.. I said no I was placing my order online.. I waited 40 minutes for my online order.. I asked her was my cookies ready she responded and said that I told her I didn’t need her services. she never ask me my name to know which online order was mines. She was in the back while I waited and my cookies had been ready, mopping the floor as well as cleaning out the stores deep freeezer! 0/0

Went here because I wanted to try something other than Crumbl. I was also home for Thanksgiving, so I figured I'd try something new. I can definitely say the demand was there. I only saw the one girl working up front. However, I waited for my cookie and ice cream, and I can say I wish we had one of these in Georgia. I went with a red velvet cookie. I forgot what ice cream I got but 10/10 would try again.
Went around 9:30 pm and was told “no in-store orders only on online pickup” which makes no sense since I’m already there willing to buy the cookies.

Had DoorDash to this place quite a few times decided to take a chance first I tried to do it online I created an account was a little difficult to understand I had also went and asked about a particular event for my son at one point and they did get back to me at the corporate office great customer service there however at this location there was a few young ladies here on Friday night that were extremely rude When I called in to ask for assistance they said yeah we can help so they helped me as far as telling me what type of cookies that they offer however they then stated we do not take orders over the phone and said you have to go online or come in very rudely They also proceeded to hang up the phone then I came in to get an order after I got in to get an order I asked about the specific things that I had spoke to them about on the phone when I got there I was told that I had to combine a number of things in order to get The cookies and the brownies that I wanted I ended up spending $12 for three items they were good however I was highly disappointed With the way that they were trained in the lack of customer service I DoorDash here and I now understand why this place has the rating that they do if it was not for the food I would honestly give these young ladies a zero star however sometimes there is a young guy that’s there that’s taller and has almost like an Afro he is very nice and he will take time to speak to you but for the rest of them I literally cannot say what a horrible job And I mean horrible job that they are doing at customer service I understand this is Collegetown but insomnia cookie should do better and trailing their employees this is becoming all too common in Greenville we are from Florida and have been here about eight months and I can’t tell you how bad some of these stores and restaurants are in the downtown Greenville area.

Cookies are good but the service is extremely slow. Sitting in the location at the moment going on 20 minutes now. It’s only 3 people ahead of me. First 2 just placed their order, 3rd person placed order online & received a notification that her order has been ready for 15 minutes now. I’m next in line and all employees are in the back, been in the back for 98% of my wait time. It’s an extensive wait. At the 30 minute mark I finally placed my order but have to wait 15 minutes for the Confetti Deluxe. I’ve waited this long might as well wait another 15. The cookies will be freshly made but the wait time is a major inconvenience and should be addressed. More attention to preparation & service would positively impact this establishment.
