This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had. We were simply laughing while waiting, not causing any issues at all, and an employee actually told us to “shut up.” That is completely unacceptable behavior toward paying customers.
There was no reason for that comment— just pure attitude. Instead of being professional or even neutral, the staff chose to be rude and dismissive. It immediately made the environment uncomfortable and ruined what was supposed to be a fun, casual visit.
Customer service is a huge part of any business, and this location clearly does not care how they speak to people. If this is how customers are treated over something as harmless as laughing, I can’t imagine how real issues are handled. I won’t be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend this location unless management seriously addresses their staff’s behavior.

I love the cookies but just disappointed. I’ve waited over an hour for my cookies to be delivered. I ended up had to drive down there and lucky for me I got there before they closed. Outside of the delivery issues, I love their cookies. Thanks

We walked in shortly before closing and the man working immediately yelled at us and the door was unlocked and lights were on. All we did was walk in. Very rude.

Greenville location on 9/16/25 around 6:30 or 6:35 Went in to get cookies, me and another woman waited in line and they never checked on us or asked us to order. Staff is rude and inattentive. Workers in the back were laughing and one guy was walking back and forth between the order counter and back area. Will not be back. After 8-10 mins of none helping I walked out and so did other women. Soon as walked out a lady looked at us and just walked back to the back.

Cookies good but service is worse and slowest. Wait to get cookies in front of 4 people and almost took 30 min in line. Person with red hair is very slow

Worst service ever I waited 50 minutes for order and when I finally got it my food was cold. And the staff were not helpful at all when I asked what was taking so long.

Cookies are great, but the delivery needs to be fixed. Started tonite with the expectation that the cookies would be delivered less than 8 miles from the store in about 45 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, the delivery changed to an hour later. Very disappointing for cookies that we are paying a premium for.
