Greenville location on 9/16/25 around 6:30 or 6:35 Went in to get cookies, me and another woman waited in line and they never checked on us or asked us to order. Staff is rude and inattentive. Workers in the back were laughing and one guy was walking back and forth between the order counter and back area. Will not be back. After 8-10 mins of none helping I walked out and so did other women. Soon as walked out a lady looked at us and just walked back to the back.

Cookies are great, but the delivery needs to be fixed. Started tonite with the expectation that the cookies would be delivered less than 8 miles from the store in about 45 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, the delivery changed to an hour later. Very disappointing for cookies that we are paying a premium for.

We started not to go here due to the negative reviews. At the recommendation of a friend we went anyways. Have to say glad we decided to. The place seemed pretty busy, we had maybe 8 people ahead of us. We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes and the cookies were phenomenal. Highly recommend going here.

Very poor customer service. Went today for the first time and the lady was very rude and didn’t show customer service to any of the customers. Was told that she couldn’t take a bill larger than a 50, which she claim was a sign up but wasn’t.. so I placed an order through the website because I had left my card outside. And she was aware of that. she told me that she was going to the back if I needed her.. I said no I was placing my order online.. I waited 40 minutes for my online order.. I asked her was my cookies ready she responded and said that I told her I didn’t need her services. she never ask me my name to know which online order was mines. She was in the back while I waited and my cookies had been ready, mopping the floor as well as cleaning out the stores deep freeezer! 0/0
