Jersey Mike's Subs

I went to Jersey Mike's at 310 Arlington Boulevard on Thursday December 4,2025 around 12:45 pm. I ordered 2 subs. The first one the bread was placed on paper and cut open. No problem there. The second one is where the problem came in. My bread was placed on the counter top .....no paper underneath. I told the guy I didn't think that was sanitary. The counter had crumbs all over it. The guy said any Jersey Mike's I go to is going to have a little crumbs on the counter and that they wipe the counter off after every few sandwiches. I looked at him. Then he had the audacity to say I can either fix you a sandwich or you can have a nice day. I said well I will definitely have a nice day and you can't get upset because I refuse to eat off a dirty counter. Even if the counter gets wiped off, I'm going to assume something is on the rag meaning a cleaner such as bleach or another cleaning solution. That's toxic. That was very unprofessional and absolutely no way to handle a paying customer. That was a easy fix. The only thing he had to do was give me some fresh bread, put it on paper and prepare my sandwich. That was my first and last time at that location. I will not return and I will not recommend my family and/or friends to visit this location

The guys working at 2pm on Saturday the 20th had a lot to deal with and they handled it very well. Friendly service under pressure as well. Great job

Mike was wonderful. He had skill and talent and kept up conversation amidst the hectic rush of lunch hour and multiple sub orders all at once. 10/10 would recommend.

Just got my food and opened it up to find that my meatless mushroom sub has very little mushrooms. Very disappointed

The place was empty so my food got all the attention. Everything was great. I don't usually go to this location.

Never had slop tuna and never will I have it again. Crazy how people can spend money and get served whatever someone else decides is fit. Could’ve at the very least offered to remake it on a better day.

The location is nasty. They have mold on HVAC air vents. The return vents have dirt all over them and have duct tape to keep them closed. Under the drink station has caked on dirt. The floors are sticking from the time you walk on until you leave
I won't be back to this location. It is dire need for an update
Online orders are never ready when you come in to pick up either

Good subs here whether you pick hot or cold sandwich. The pepper relish on a turkey sandwich is a great blend of fresh and mildly spicy. Great staff working the day I went. Clean too. Too much food to eat in one sitting, so I enjoyed the same sandwich twice the same day.

My inaugural visit to Jersey Mikes was deeply disappointing. While I cannot comment on the taste or quality of the food itself, the unsanitary conditions of the store overshadowed any potential positives. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene in the future to ensure a more pleasant experience for their customers. As I entered the store, I was taken aback by the filthiness of the surroundings. It was evident that the store hadn't been cleaned properly, especially considering I was the first customer there in the morning. The lack of cleanliness was off-putting, to say the least. It seemed as though no effort had been made to tidy up the place overnight, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. Despite already having paid for my order, I found myself unable to stomach the thought of consuming anything from such an unkempt environment. Regrettably, I made the decision to discard the sandwich I had purchased into the trash can.

St. Peter's is such a beautiful church. The priests there are very approachable and the staff and volunteers are very kind.
