I love Jersey Mike's it's one of my favorite restaurants but I've never been to one that was this disgusting inside one of the reasons I like Jersey Mike's is because they are normally very clean restaurants this one however not at all it seems like it's run by a crew of 3, 20 year olds that don't care about sanitation or anything else they're just trying to get away with doing the least amount as possible during each day I spoke to the manager and he was not very pleasant he had excuses of rushes and all kinds of other things, but for the store to be that bad and the bathrooms to be that bad and just to even touch a bag of chips I feel like I need to wash my hands before I eat this place hasn't had any type of cleaning in a long time clearly they're not wiping their counters off or scraping their Sandwich Board and cross-contamination of different meats or vegetables people might be allergic they're uniforms had stains and weren't even clean I can go on and on about how bad this place was and how bad the management was as a Jersey Mike's Advocate it disgusted me to walk in and see a restaurant this bad and this much disorder and filth clearly they're not taking pride in their job/work.

Great cheese steak, I highly recommend the Big Kahuna.
I had an awesome experience here and I DEFINITELY will be back! Dominique made me and my family’s sandwiches and did such a great job. He packed it full of fresh ingredients very quickly and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and giving customers the best service. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had there no doubt!

Service was great... went in right at the start of lunch, ordered, and a customer before me took my wrap when my name was called, I thought we had similar names until the cashier saw me still waiting, they immediately recognized what happened and fixed the issue promptly. The manager also came over to me with an offer for a later date due to the mix-up. Shout out to the manager with the best customer service of all staff. My wrap was amazing‼️

Placed order online on 2/5/25 around 4:45 pm. I got there around 5:05 pm and the order was still not ready but appeared to be getting prepared. The guy finished my order and provided me the bag but contents were missing. So I'm patiently standing by near the register allowing the staff to finish off other orders and customers. Two white guys working and one black guy just casually talking about things outside of work. Meanwhile the guy close to the register making the sandwiches see me standing there but never asked if I needed anything else. I purposely got back in line to see if the other staff members would care to assist me. Meanwhile another white lady came in and was actually behind me in the line and the young skinny white boy ask her could he help her? Yes I'm like sir you can give me the items that's missing from my online order first. I was not rude but wow, the obvious disrespect was not shocking but clear. Everyone looking surprised that I spoke out for myself because that dude was clearly wrong. I don't recommend this location.
