The guys working here today deserve a BIG SHOUTOUT! We came and ordered 6 subs, they crafted each sandwich to perfection and in the blink of an eye! And they were super friendly. Best attitude we have ever seen at a Jersey Mike’s!! They made the experience a 10!

Drink machine not working. Waited 30 minutes in line with all the staff around. I encourage the managers to look at the time. 2:00 on this date. They also put my food in another customer's bag and then had to ravage through the sandwiches to find out which was which. I should have just gone to the winterville location.

Sub was great , however when I went in today 7/17/24 a male employed said to me “ I like them grippers” referring to my nails . That is a very inappropriate comment to make to a customer , a woman and a stranger. Won’t be coming back . He was a SHORT brown skin man with a skint hair cut and a hat . Do better . That could fall under SA .

While finishing my sub, I was told, "We're closing in 4 minutes; you're going to have to wrap it up." An awkward & obtrusive interaction – almost like they were offended I was dining-in. Uncomfortable & off brand, but not the end of the world. Training opportunity: ABSOLUTELY.
The veggies were delicious, but rosemary bread was super tough/hard to eat.
Had been looking forward to eating here. Not returning. Disappointed, but there are other sub options (Subway & Firehouse Subs) nearby.

Vegetarian options: One veggie menu item offered. No veggie protein replacements. No suggestion of alternative ingredients/sauces/preparations.

Great place for a great sub. The subs come with a lot of fillings and the price is good enough to feel like you are getting your money's worth.

My husband and I went to this location for the first and last time tonight. The sub I ordered was nasty. I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a Philly chicken cheesesteak sub, and the bread was almost raw. It was a pale, white color and it was obvious it wasn’t completely baked. I took one bite and it was so disgusting, I couldn’t eat any more of it; the texture was so doughy, I nearly gagged. When I called the location, the guy who answered the phone wasn’t even going to remake it until I pressed the issue. My husband went back to this location on my behalf to get it remade, and he took the nasty sandwich with him to show them. The remade sandwich was slightly better, but still not properly done.

There is nothing like good service and good food! This location is courteous, fast, and definitely artists with some cold cuts. What stands out is how they can still show such excellent customer service WHILE making you a bangin sandwich. Definitely a great experience for me.
