Service was great... went in right at the start of lunch, ordered, and a customer before me took my wrap when my name was called, I thought we had similar names until the cashier saw me still waiting, they immediately recognized what happened and fixed the issue promptly. The manager also came over to me with an offer for a later date due to the mix-up. Shout out to the manager with the best customer service of all staff.

The guys working here today deserve a BIG SHOUTOUT! We came and ordered 6 subs, they crafted each sandwich to perfection and in the blink of an eye! And they were super friendly. Best attitude we have ever seen at a Jersey Mike’s!! They made the experience a 10!

I love Jersey Mikes, but I think you should change the way you make your subs on TV cause that is not how they are made in the store. I always get a giant and it might have 5 pieces of turkey and 5 pieces of ham and the same amount of cheese. That is not how they are shown. Also you went up on the price but not the meats. I quit the other place (subway) because of this and that their meats aren't fresh.
