Service was great... went in right at the start of lunch, ordered, and a customer before me took my wrap when my name was called, I thought we had similar names until the cashier saw me still waiting, they immediately recognized what happened and fixed the issue promptly. The manager also came over to me with an offer for a later date due to the mix-up. Shout out to the manager with the best customer service of all staff.

The guys working here today deserve a BIG SHOUTOUT! We came and ordered 6 subs, they crafted each sandwich to perfection and in the blink of an eye! And they were super friendly. Best attitude we have ever seen at a Jersey Mike’s!! They made the experience a 10!

While finishing my sub, I was told, "We're closing in 4 minutes; you're going to have to wrap it up." An awkward & obtrusive interaction – almost like they were offended I was dining-in. Uncomfortable & off brand, but not the end of the world. Training opportunity: ABSOLUTELY.
The veggies were delicious, but rosemary bread was super tough/hard to eat.
Had been looking forward to eating here. Not returning. Disappointed, but...
