Ordered two mini subs that had spoiled meat on them. We alerted the manager who said he couldn't help us then hung up the phone when i asked for a GM or DM. Seems intentional and unsanitary. This won't be taken lightly. Thankfully we went to Mac chicken and it was DELICIOUS. Wish I never stepped foot into this abomination.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. All I wanted was my free toasted sub but when I go in to get it they claim the promo has ran out, originally I am ok with just taking my loss and leaving, but when I find out they made an exception for someone not even 5 minutes before I become livid. I am absolutely devastated. Why would you do this to me jimmy johns, why.

My and my roomate always come to this spot, it’s great and. Quick and yummy meal when you’re hungry. Lately it hasn’t been the same. There’s this specific Cashier named Mathias that is very rude and apathetic. He upcharged my friend when she asked for a “medium sub with turkey provolone and mayo” and charged it as a turkey Tom which she had to pay almost 12$ ehen she only pays max 9$. He has gotten my order wrong couple times and is very rude at the cashier. Please do better we like this place!

Im here in Greenville on a business trip and I've never had JJ. Won't be back. There is nothing special about this restaurant. I got the Italian and could barely taste the Oregano basil whatever it's supposed to be. The lettuce was like a Cole slaw mixture or something (and it was ice cold). Can't even get mayo directly on my sandwich, instead your given packets. The bread was fresh but honestly, too many other sub shops to choose from. I won't eat a Jimmy Johns again. The people were nice but I wish they would have at least let me finish paying before asking me what else I wanted on my sandwich. I felt extremely rushed.

I had a very bizarre experience with this jimmy john’s after a very fun night out with the girl's. The amount of mayo on my sandwich filled me with so much rage. It was about the size of a penny, might as will just give me no mayo. Very upsetting. Not to mention the NUG of weed that was on my ham, the workers were obviously very baked and shedded their weed on my sandwich. Very scary world we live in.

If you aren't going to honor a request for mayo packets it should not be an option on the app. Two days in a row of no mayo packets and I even used the name space to write 'please include mayo packets" in addition to checking the box. I paid 2.55 to add turkey to my sandwich as well and there is no turkey, the bread is burnt too. My fault for ordering again after having problems yesterday, won't happen again. This location used to be fantastic not so much anymore.

I've worked downtown for almost 10 years and never tried Jimmy Johns. I was feeling adventurous and gave it a shot. I was honestly a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. The food was fantastic! I tried an "unwich" and it will now be my regular Friday lunch! It was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the person ringing up my order didn't realize I wanted a combo, so it was a bit confusing. Thought I'd leave a positive review, because this place was great!

My sister is gluten free. The ladies working 10/6 night made sure everything was cleaned and sanitized for the sandwich and remembered us the next time we came in. Amazing service and great atmosphere!!
Dietary restrictions: They can do Gluten-Free subs with a lettuce wrap. They will change gloves and make it fresh!!
