I visit this jimmy johns 10/18/25 at 8pm from a long day travel visiting a family member in hospital. As soon as I walk through the door the guy behind the counter with headphones came up to me and said “what you doing parking there “ not even a hello . I was shocked so I said excuse me? He rolled his eyes and said you can’t park there. I told him I was from out of town and was trying to see if he was open… I didn’t know about the park … so he replied in a nasty way “ Well what you want then” I just walked out.. the day was too long to go back and forth. Moral of story POOR customer service. Especially located in a hospital area where people are going through traumatic events. POOR POOR service

I love Jimmy John’s…used too anyway….it been a while since I got my favorite..the Billy club. I love the Billy club bc of the honey Dijon mustard! The last time I ordered it I thought someone had just messed up and put regular mustard on my sandwich. So today I made sure to say something about it and to my horror they no longer have Dijon mustard! WTH! WHO has a sandwich shop that doesn’t have Dijon mustard???? Needless to say I may never ever go back just bc of that! Ridiculous! My sandwich sucked bc there was no DIJON MUSTARD on it! 🤬

Attempted to eat here until, Please don’t allow your people to play on phones near food. This is the same phone they sit on the toilet with and then with the gloves on they prepare the food with total nastiness! Clear per other reviews trash management You will close soon or get slapped with health violations.

This was the slowest JJ I have ever seen! I was the only person in here when I placed my order, 2 more people came in to place orders but it took them 15 minutes to fix a sandwich! A simple country club?!?!

I just received an order I placed on the app. The sandwich is bad. I ordered the beach club and it is bad. It tastes fishy and there is maybe a teaspoon of avocado spread on the while sandwich. I also asked for no bread and it's on bread. Extremely disappointed.

I bought #15. The tuna was made perfectly. The sub bun 10/10. I give the staff kudos!
Coming from a previous employee they are very unprofessional do not care about anyone else’s food unless it’s there own send the sandwiches out with half of it hanging off and wrapped completely horrible. Customers come back with complaints and there rude I saw first hand being behind the line. The manager at this location picks and chooses her favorite employees they call out they eat whatever they want take bags of sliced meat home multiple free meals chips cookies you name it bottles drinks. and she doesn’t care unless it’s a person she does not like. The business can’t even pay there employees on time. When they said they would. The manger runs the store based solely off of her feelings alone costed another employee a manger position simply because she was butt hurt. Because another employee asked a question regardless of what was right or wrong. Allowed employees who have been there to bully other employees even tho they were wrong. And is completely unprofessional.

We stopped here a few weeks ago and ordered the roast beef subs and they were so dry that we didn't take but a couple bites and threw them away!! Never again will we stop at this place it was absolutely terrible!!

I ordered a #16 the only sandwich I ever order. It was supposed to be Turkey, Bacon, lettuce and Mayo. The girl asked if I'd like cheese to which I replied No thanks. Got home and unwrapped it to find that it has HAM, bacon, mayo lettuce and CHEESE. I'm just curious as to how hard it is to work there making sandwiches? I wasn't aware it was so difficult to read something off a list of ingredients and then replicate said list. Just plain dumb...
