Order the Italian sub yesterday. On which I usually get. But this time. After I ate eat. I've gotten sick. Stomach started hurting etc. I'm pretty much assuming. The meat was bad. And today I'm still having stomach pain etc. This will be the last I eat from Jimmy Johns.

Cheese should be "included" with ANY sandwich! Why I have to pay a dollar for cheese ?. Pickles we advertised as a buck-fifty so why the receipt post $1.79? Pickles should come with any restaurant that main dish is a SANDWICH! Why such little meat in the sandwich Jimmy Jones? I paid $33.35 for my delivery, I had PTSD like I was back at New York buying two Knishes at the famous Katz Restaurant ?.I am definitely being a bit comical with my review however, put some deli meat on them joints...subs. Honestly, I am tired of spending big money for itty-bitty stuff. Shout out to Geiniris ❤️ from Jersey!!! Not only did she take my order but she also delivered.

Female taking my order had the attention of a gnat. While taking my order, a group walked in minutrs after i did. She immediately turned her attention to them, completely missing my order as I spoke to her. She began talking to the woman as I gave my order. She then said, "wait, I'm confused now." I immediately walked out. She was having a full on convo with another lady in the middle of me giving her my order. Extremely rude.

We had an unpleasant experience at JJ. The staff was not friendly towards us. The tables were dirty and restaurant smelled because they had the mop bucket out.

Totally ruined my order and the food was mediocre at best.
Jimmy John's was not freaking fast today. My wife ordered and unwich and it took 15 min to get it. I think the lettuce was frozen, but that is not an excuse for a freaking fast restaurant. OK, the food is still good, BUT!

My family loves the wraps they have for summer. Very customizable and taste great. Haven't tried their subs yet but they all look good. If you get the combo, their chips are 2oz bags which are larger than other sandwich places.

Friendly service. Every employee there has been really nice every single time I come in especially John. Yea go figure there is a guy named John that works at Jimmy Johns lol. Food is pretty good for a sub place and pretty reasonable priced.
