The service was good, but the chicken was very subpar for both my husband and myself. The chicken tasted like it had been on the warmer way too long! We paid $18 for food we did not enjoy!

I dont mind KFC food, but what I do mind is that about 7 times out of 10, they somehow manage to find a way to screw up our orders when it is for more than 2 people. I dont know how, or why, they just seem to do this alot with us.the last time we even did the online order app, hoping they can atleast see it and know what they are looking for. and they told us to pull forward and park. we sat for 45 minutes, still no one came out. we went in. asked about the order....they said they forgot about it. Forgot.the woman said she went to the bathroom and forgot to place the order. our drinks have been sitting there waiting, and by now have been watered down with ice, so we had to dump them and get new ones. Most of the other times, they keep forgetting to give us items. times before this, we got the 8 pc family meal, they didnt give us the buscuits. before that, they screwed up all the chicken and gave us something else. I dont know what is wrong with them.I just go there now expecting that something is wrong before i even get the order. ALWAYS ask for a receipt when ordering for more than 2 people!the food may be great, but thats only if you can get the food you ordered! :D
This a a bad location in terms of KFC standards. The employees are friendly but the food quality is not on par with other locations. The location by the hospital is much better. I live closer to this store so I've tried it more than twice before writing this review. Often times the chicken leg bones are popped/broken and the food never seems to be hot. The bread is hard but the sides are fine. The food just seems old. Here's an idea, invest in the "hot chicken now" sign like Krispy Kreme!
Now you know we can't beat a good meal at a good price!! I grew up on it!! Love the hot wings!!I would recommend this one to people!!

I unfortunately don’t come to this location often because I’m not always on this side of town, but every time I stop in the workers are so nice! They’ve never messed up my order. The food is always fantastic and the store is always clean. They never disappoint ?
