Second time in 2 years I’ve come here and disappointed. Is this the new k and w for seniors and they just don’t care? My first experience was spectacular when they opened. My previous and most recent was horrible. Egg rolls were tough chewy and not crunchy WATSOEVER the spinach dip had about a tablespoon or more of pure oil.

They could not seat 20 people together for a party. Tbe manager stated she would get fired if she did. So we left 2/20|25 @ 2:45.

The food never disappoints. Everything was good. I had one issue and the manager took care of it without any issues.
I loved the food. The service was great. Cat was our server. I got steak and shrimp with loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was on point. The mashed potatoes were fluffy. My fiance got the ribs and shrimp plate. He said it was very good. First time ever coming to Kickback Jack's. Definitely would recommend to friends. We came all the way from New Bern..
Our waitress was very nice. However our entree, left alot to be desired. We have eaten at this chain of restaurants many times. Greenville, NC restaurant does not live up to standard, serving minced sized pieces of chicken in the Combo Cajun Alfredo Pasta. When mgmt. was questioned, he stated that corporate told him to serve minced chicken. He said customers were complaining about the size of chicken before implementing the minced size bites. The pieces of chicken in our plates looked as though it were scraps from the pan. We were told to complain to corporate. Never again Greenville, NC Kickback Jacks!!!!!

The food was good, as always, and the service is friendly and timely and I love that atmosphere, they started a rock and roll bingo on wednesdays from 8:00pm until 10:00pm, and we will definitely be going back!
The server was good ... it wasn't her fault the food is horrible ... based on the quality of the beef ... A1 might be the only option. Gas station hotdogs are better.
