I had an order made the day before for 8 AM the next morning and when I got there right at 8 AM the order was not ready and what I ordered was not available… I was told that the donuts that I requested Weren’t even going to be made till after 11 AM. This is bate and switch and it is not acceptable! I asked if there was any kind of refund or voucher for another time and he said no… will not be ordering again if this is the kind of service they give to their customers.

Pre ordered for a work event 2 days in advance. Was told there would be no problem at all. Gave them a contact number in case any issues arose. No phone call. Get there the morning of pick up and am told they've been having their fryer rebuilt and have no donuts for my order. Had they called, I could have made other plans with one of the other 5 or 6 donut places in the area. Instead...nothing. Garbage service. Order was for 18 dozen, this time. Future orders would have been the same or larger. Will go with another shop from now on.

Love the donuts, not the price. Don't think we didn't notice that they are smaller! Next time I will buy store bought donuts. Even though I love Krispy Kreme donuts.

The frozen coffees are awesome and the hot and fresh doughnuts melt in your mouth. They are so addictive!! The service was quick and friendly.

I placed a Mobile order for an assorted dozen at 8:58pm on a Friday evening. In the app, I saw a coupon in app for $5 off which prompted me to get a dozen versus a 3 pack lol.
I arrived at 9:06pm. The middle lobby smelled great. It wasn’t a desert smell but very pleasant yet surprising. It was like the small of a fancy hotel lobby.
In the main area, there was an online pickup area but I didn’t see anything. There. My order wasn’t ready yet and they hadn’t even started on it until I told them I was picking up an order.
I received my order at 9:09pm. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the donuts. One of my chocolate covered donuts was more of a chocolate lined donut, lol. I tried the new strawberry pop-tart donut and I enjoyed it.

I have been going to this place for 40 years and we go every afternoon with retirees. The music is so loud that we can not talk at the same table. Everyday we ask them to turn it down and now they ignore us. We will find another place to take our group get together that is not turning into a night club.

I try not to do negative reviews because usually, that one bad experience is just that, one bad experience out of a bunch of good. Furthermore, I realize that these days, you are lucky to just get served. Receiving any customer service is a major bonus.
That said, I don't know why this place is still in business. Every time we come here, service is terrible despite having a ridiculous number of employees. Other than drive-thru, the staff are goofing off, talking loudly, speaking inappropriately in front of clients, and spending more time chatting than working. The owner needs to install some cameras to see what really goes on there because I can't believe grown people behave this way.
Meanwhile, I'm going to apply to work here because who doesn't want to get paid to ignore customers, chat, and play on your phone? Even if I give half effort, you would have more of a worker than you do with the 5 or 6 you have on staff.
In addition to the bad service, they are always out of the donuts, (plain glazed), and today was no exception, with a huge note on drive-thru stating they are, yet again, out of the original glazed until 5 or 6 pm. Big surprise.
During Valentine's Day, we paid $2.49 apiece for 12 of the chocolate filled donuts that literally had less than a teaspoon of filling, and they were stale. We went to the gas station a week later and found for the same price, we got fresh, tasty donuts, which were filled to the max. How sad that the gas station does a better job than a long-standing icon of North Carolina.
If it wasn't for my mom wanting Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts, I'd never go back to this place. I try to get them from grocery store because they are fresher, but the plain glazed go fast. Guess they don't want to go to Krispy Kreme.
Note - In fairness, service in drive thru was good and on the multiple occasions I have been inside, (and were the only customers in there, as usual), drive-thru staff was actually working while the others seem to be having a party.
I'd give this place zero stars of I could. Perhaps the Krispy Kreme in Durham could give your staff a few lessons on customer service.
Parking: Hard location to get in and out of. Drive thru is dangerous because people turn into the exit, despite it being marked and as you cross from drive-thru to exit, if someone turns in your going to get hit.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever received from Krispy Kreme. I generally don't use this location but yesterday I did. I ordered on line and upon arrival the line was extremely long . I got in line and waited I know atleast 20 mins with no movement. Attempted to go in and it appeared there were not any clients inside. I called numerous times and no one ever picked up the phone. Attempted to go online and just cancel the order and it seems to be the hardest to do. I was unsuccessful yesterday tried again this morning calling and online to cancel the order I never received yesterday still unsuccessful. This by far is a nightmare location.
