Went tonight and they messed our order up TWICE. My son is autistic, I specifically asked for his cheese pizza to be cut in triangles (the way he likes it). They messed his order up 3 times, the manager JEREMY with the LOCS, laughed and was rude as hell while my son cried in the car. I contacted a lawyer because that’s sad, he needs to be fired and I have video of it

I order food from here about once a week. There are mostly younger, high-school aged, kids working there. None the less, 95% of the time, you are greeted by someone who seems to care about their job and given good to slightly better than good service. On occasion, mostly when they are very busy, the service is only so-so and only once did I have an other than good experience there.
The food quality is consistent. Meaning: I know what to expect quality wise every time I go and they deliver that same quality level, consistantly.
At times they may seem a little understaffed, but from the time I walk in the door to when my order is taken is rarely longer than a minute or two.
If I place a to go order, I usually just call in v/s using the app which is not at the top of my list of similar apps, nor is it at the bottom, either. (To me- it's not the most user friendly). Another reason for calling in v/s using the app is because I usually pay with cash, which (unless something has changed) is not an option when using the app.
Overall, I would say the best single word to describe this Little Caesars is: Consistant. I know what I'm gonna get quality, service, and price wise every time I choose to grab a pizza from there. And they always have whatever I order ready in a timely manner.
No frills, good price, prompt service, and decent pizza.

We had heard about the cheesesteak crazy puffs and were interested in trying them. We also love stuffed crust, and the prices are very reasonable. We ordered on the app to pick up in the pizza portal. Our order was prepared for us and placed into the pizza portal. The door with our food was locked up and malfunctioned, but a worker was able to get it out for us. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

We’ve ordered from here and often have been mostly satisfied with the service. With that being said, this rating is based off my most recent experience. My husband placed an order for two pizzas and crazy bread. We ALWAYS request light sauce, but clearly there was EXTRA sauce because I had to scrape marinara sauce off before I could even take a bite. In no way, shape or form was our food warm/fresh. The pizza looked, felt and tasted like it had been sitting out for a VERY LONG TIME. There was nothing fresh about this pizza, at all! This was not a matter of him arriving late because he was already there when he put in the order. We work hard for our money and for it to be wasted like that (because our children didn’t eat it) we’re highly disappointed. The guy he spoke with (when he called to see if they could make it right) was unwilling to correct this issue. This particular guy I’m referring (I believe) is responsible for how the crazy bread turned out. I only say this because every time I see that he’s there, my crazy bread is no longer “cRaZY”, it’s a plain Jane bread because there’s ZERO garlic butter/Parmesan on the breadsticks and we really look forward to that part! I’m forced to make a review about it because he refused to make it right, especially since we eat there so frequently. This has nothing to do with race but it’s for identification purposes ONLY. The guy who refused to make it right was a Caucasian male and I STRONGLY encourage you to double check your food (ESPECIALLY the crazy bread) if/when he’s working because he might do the same to you, too. Please see the photo attached to this review. The bitten piece you see is where I scraped the sauce off; also my son almost threw his slice away. I decided to take a photo of it to make a statement. This occurred on October 30th around 12:45 pm. This needs to be corrected!

I have been a loyal fan of Little Caesars for over 11 years in different states that I've lived. I normally pick my pizza up from the location on 10th street. I just found out that they were now delivering, so I was very excited. I figured now they can really compete with the other Pizza chains. But I was totally wrong. The pizza was very late. The vegetables have always been fresh and crunchy. They were mushy and didn't taste fresh like they normally do. The pizza was cold, perhaps because Door Dash did not deliver it in a pizza delivery bag like a pizza should be delivered especially when the driver had another stop before delivering my pizza. I was not notified of this at the time of placing my order. I was not notified about the driver having to make a stop before delivering my pizza until after my pizza was already picked up by the Door Dash driver from Little Caesars and was on the way to be delivered to me. The pizza was cold and had no flavor whatsoever. This is not what I have previously experienced from Little Caesars. What is going on Little Caesars? Is Door Dash a plus or a minus. You definitely need pizza bags to keep the pizza hot especially when Door Dash is sending its drivers to other stops making the pizza even worst. Little Caesars also dropped the ball because the 3 large pizzas that I bought were the worst pizzas ever. I can pick pizza places that I thought were the worst and there's no contest compared to the experience I had with my recent order from Little Caesars. I am totally disappointed.
