Food arrived ice cold & crazy bread was way under cooked

Asked the manager for a refund and she tells me that they don’t do refunds so basically I didn’t get my money back and I didn’t get no pizza. I kept getting hung up on every time I called spoke to the manager on the phone She hung up. I’m just over it at this point. Service was horrible just a bunch of people who didn't know what they were doing.

Do not go to this establishment. I’ve waited 25 minutes for a “hot and ready” cheese pizza while 8 people have walked in and out with food. The “manager” as I assume, completely ignored me after I walked inside after waiting for my order from the drive through. Customer service is dead. These people done deserve minimum wage. Absolutely absurd. Do better.

On 1/24. The workers were so busy smoking god knows what in the back they completely forgot to put my pizza in after 15 minutes of waiting finally went in and said something and they finally put it in the only one who was actually doing there job was the window worker unique.

Made an order to pick up for 5:30 and that took all the way to 6. Just unacceptable that in any other part of town I use their app and would never have to wait that long. Likely last time that I'll be going to this location. I wouldn't even for the price.

It took about 30 minutes for two pizzas to arrive, which is unusually long for them. Additionally, the staff were distracted and unprofessional, appearing to be more focused on messing around than attending to customers. After waiting for such a long time, I wasn’t approached about a potential refund or any form of resolution until 25 minutes later.

Nobody had gloves on, 2 people walked in from outside and went straight to the back to prepare food, that was very unsanitary. No washing of the hands. Nobody communicated saying how much longer it would be, Nobody said hi, Nobody said thank you.. horrible customer service

Hot and ready doesn't mean Hot and ready. 20 to 25 minute wait on what's supposed to be hot and ready

"Hot and Ready" no longer ready!!
Greenville NC now only prepares pizzas AFTER ordered. I was told to "pull around" and it would be 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It was actually 20 minutes. If this is a new norm, I will be ordering from another pizza place.
