Logan's Roadhouse

We dined early on a Friday night. Service was excellent. I ordered chicken breast, baked potato and salad. Everything was fine except the potato was not done. My husband’s steak was ordered med/well. It was well done on the edges and rare in the middle.

The manager there went above and beyond to forward me a receipt I needed for business. Great customer service.

The appetizer was great. The steak had good flavor but was tough. The sweet potato was not cooked all the way. Food came to the table fast but was lacking.

My granddaughter and I eat a take out order of steak, salad and potatoes and we are always very please. Great service sweet, stay off. No complaints will well. I could throw one in there. LOL forgot my butter one night but that's okay. I had some at home that night. Just kidding it was all great

This is our third time eating here. Rib-eyes are yummy! Made to order. Rolls delicious. Many locals eat here, this tells you a lot.

If I could give 4.5 I would. If you like Texas Roadhouse but think it’s too loud, here’s your alternative. Everyone that works here has treated me great and are very helpful. The prices aren’t unlivable either. The thing keeping me from giving it that perfect score is I can’t help but say the food has gone significantly down hill itself. I of course wouldn’t say it’s bad by no means but from what it used to be there’s better tasting items elsewhere.. It’s quite upsetting because this used to be the go to spot for my family and now come the last few years it’s definitely jumped to the sidelines.

I shared a 12 oz. Rib eye with my husband. It was the perfect portion for each of us.
The steak was delicious and cooked to our desired doneness.
We were in Greenville for a movie and chose Logan's because of our past experiences with other Logan's. It was a great decision.
I'd return if I was in the area again.
