Marabella Old World Pizza

I ordered a pizza, wings and salad with blue cheese dressing for both the salad and the wings. I got home and the "blue cheese dressing was actually pure mayonnaise." Blech!!! There's no way to contact them through website to request a refund and I don't like having to make phone calls to deal with this type of stuff, so I guess I'll take the loss. It was a pickup order that I drove across town to pick up and I still tipped 20 percent, so it feels really disrespectful that someone could take my money but not take the time to make sure they were giving me dressing and not mayonnaise. I couldn't eat the salad without any dressing, the wings were just OK, but the pizza was really good, which is the only reason I might go back in the future.

The pizza quality is GREAT! Just make sure you ask for no oregano if you don’t like your pizza to taste earthy. I forgot to ask for no oregano on my pizza and I didn’t exactly get the experience I was going for this time 😔. We still ate it (but didn’t finish it like we usually do) because the oregano was in the middle of the pie, (meaning it was mostly at the tip of the slice). I just have to remember to ask next time. Otherwise, no other issue(s).

I saw this place on Tiktok and had to try it and I don't regret it all. The pizza was amazing and it was fast, friendly service. Definitely recommend!

We ordered delivery of a buffalo chicken pizza and a grandma pizza. When we got the pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza didn’t have buffalo sauce or ranch drizzle on it. When I called, they asked me what I was looking for and I said maybe a refund of the pizza or a credit of some sort on my next order, anything. I was told I could have a $3 refund because that’s how much the sauce cost. How ridiculous. They eventually said they would remake the pizza if I brought the old one back. But did not offer to correct the situation otherwise. So we still had to pay the delivery fee and tip the driver and then go back and pick up a right pizza. What has happened to service recovery these days. It would have been really nice to say, hey we’ll refund the delivery fee or here’s a $10 giftcard for trouble to use on the next order. We love Marabellas and eat there about once a week. But when you have experiences like this it really puts a bad taste in your mouth and makes you not want to return there.

This is my go-to for hand-made pizza in Greenville, NC. The eggplant parmesean is pretty good to, for something I would not typically consider. They actually offer a variety of other foods and deserts as well. Server's are great to top it all off, too. Highly recommend.

realllllllllly wish u guys would sell me the whole cake instead of the slices i want the wholeee entire limoncello cake not just a little skimp slice i need the whole package good cake just not enough for me great cake actually thats why i really would like to be able to purchase the whole thing like at least cut me off a bigger slice for 6 bucks yk what i mean best cake in the world at least sell me the recipe like its perfection.

Who could ever give Marabella anything but 5 stars? It's the best food around. Plus the prices are insanely low. You get a LOT for a little money. I love this place. The pizza is where it's at. There's a better steak and cheese sub down the road, but there's no better slice anywhere. These guys look out for their regulars too. All-around top notch establishment. Not too fancy, but you could still take a first date there and impress, all while secretly saving money. It's gourmet pizza, no doubt. Closest thing to a New York slice in town. Did I mention that the undercarriage is to die for? Dave would likely give it a 9.4
