I have been here twice now and twice they have messed up my order. The first time they added cheese on my mc chicken and now they didn’t even bother to give me my mc chicken. I stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes to get my mc chicken and I got waved off saying someone else will help me. After another 120 minutes nobody came so I ended up leaving without it.

They can never get your order correct here. Today I went before work as always on Sundays. I pull up and the breakfast menu is up. So I ordered. I was told it was to early for breakfast. I ask could they change the menu. The girl said she couldn't. So I just waited. About 3 minutes later the lady asked me to move out of the drive through I was messing up her time. I explained noone had drove up what was the issue. So then she just started naming all the lunch items. I explained what were the prices she didn't want to tell me. She asked me to move my car again. By then it's about 4 minutes until breakfast which should been up already. Then she called the police. I look in the other lane there is a man moving the cones. By now it's two minutes til 5 am. So I sat until 5. The lady said I'm still not going to take your order. I'm filming her saying this by now. So after no service at 5:01 I pull off for work. My coworker ordered my food for me because she was on her way in. I asked her to get the manager name and owner. They told her they didn't know it. We looked it up online. The Dixion family. So I'm here today to say I was not served breakfast because they had the wrong menu up. I waited until 5 and still didn't get served. Do people realize we pay their salary. Customer service had gone down the drain. I've seen day here where one person is doing everything in there. Orders are always incorrect. If we stop eating out there will be no jobs. Again after 5 I still was not served. This is unacceptable I will take this to higher levels. Maybe a little protest on not being served and calling the police wasting tax payers money. I didn't raise voice or argue back.

They have messesd up my order several times. I just went in there with my husband and 2 kids we got 2 kids meals and a 10 piece nugget meal and a double cheese burger. First off they only handed us the kids meals they completely forgot my husbands and my food. Then after standing there for 5 minutes they finally looked at my husband and asked again what he was waiting for then they only handed us the nuggets and cheese burger completely missing the fries but we were tired of standing there. Will not be dining in anymore.

I went through drive through and asked first if they had hot mustard because its the only sauce I like with my nuggets. They said yes so I got the number 7 with hot mustard. Got my food and parked and no hot mustard in the bag. So I walked back inside and asked for hot mustard and was told they were out. Well, if I had known that I would've ordered something different so now im stuck eating nuggets with no sauce after I specifically asked before I ordered if they had hot mustard. Great.....

I honestly never have had an issue here. Once in awhile the food can be dry but honestly it's almost always quick service and fresh food

Window/drive thru workers are normally friendly and serve orders with a smile. English muffins do tend to be burnt and not having a self-fill soda station sucks but isn’t that big of a deal considering the location. Only complaint is the breakfast sandwiches.

Typical McDonalds. Staff was friendly and informative. The restaurant and its bathrooms were clean. The wait time for my order was short. My son prefers this location when dining inside.
