Service was fine, I just ordered a large iced coffee, received a medium, drove all the way back just for the girl to tell me that it is in fact a large, when the cup literally says M iced coffee on the side. I just said okay and drove off because I was just mad having drove all the way back just to still not receive what I paid for. I just want my large coffee.

WHY WHY WHY!! Has prices gone up on raw materials so much that we are now experiencing the results in pre-split plastic straws?? Seems all supplies have a price and quality negotiating point...even a simple plastic straw!!

Came in here spent $30 on food. All of the mcchickens were burnt. The fries were cold and over salted. To top it off, asked the lady at the counter for cup of water. She said they weren’t free. I then clarified that I would just like a cup of water, tap water. She proceeded to tell me that she would have to charge me. When has water not been free? I then just realized this lady didn’t want to grab me a cup of water. I almost went back in there to order $50 worth of water, but God says revenge is selfish. This McDonalds location will not receive my service again.

Speaker was broken, but that stuff happens. Went to the window and ordered 2 kids meals then double cheese burger with fries for myself, 3 waters for all orders. Charged for a sweet tea. No apples for the kids, just double fries. No pickles on my order, not sure why. No upsale on my order cause I absolutely didn't want just a small fry. Attendant was sassy already. However the pickup window lady was very nice and polite.

Tired of getting burnt bagels and the wrong order. Again my food was wrong. Ordered a sausages and egg bagel and got bacon. Wouldn’t be so bad if you could actually taste the bacon on the sandwich.

Asked for cook2order food and this is what I got. Since when did it change to throw old nuggets & fries back in the oil or burn it to be extra hard? Disgusting; had to throw away the food. Just a waste of money.

They over charged me and wouldn’t give me my food after ordering. They also don’t listen to orders and had me go around through the drive thru multiple times. Very fed up with this McDonald’s and I honestly wouldn’t go here anymore if it wasn’t so close to my job. Do better!

Got there at 12:20 mon 7th. They didn't give me a receipt. I drove 2 blocks where I was going to sit and eat. The fries were barely warm, and so was the burger. No reason for that at this time of day. Never going again.

Rude workers. They are more focused on the drive thru than customers in front of you. They tell you they can't give you a refund for food. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it was under cooked and the only option was to get another.
They got part of our order wrong and that was our fault according to the lady I talked to. No one has a hair net on. I think you can get away with it if you have a hat in but everyone doesn't have a hat on. Workers on cell phones while working.

I went today with my friend and was being helped by a team member. After a few minutes we heard a manager yelling at her in front of everybody and calling her names. I have never seen such disrespect be done to a worker before. She was telling her to wash dishes and to clock out when she was clearly helping us as customers. I can believe y’all have people like that working in customer service when they don’t know how to treat others with respect. At her big age she should know better than to treat others like that it almost seems like a power trip. It ruined the whole environment and was very unprofessional. I even saw the worker crying in the parking lot after being yelled at. Honestly so disappointing to see something like in a place like McDonald. Hopefully y'all supervise the type of people y’all have in charge because that was so unprofessional because people should know better than to treat coworker like that.

Ordered a large, but they only barely filled up my fry container and left a lot of empty space in my cup of sweet tea. Guess it means they get to halfway fill up your fries and drink and call it a day. Not sure what the point in paying for a large is when they just halfway fill it and it ends up being a medium in an oversized container. Feeling kinda scammed.

The most disrespectful employee at this McDonalds is the manager, her name is Kaitlin.
Terrible attitude, disrespectful and not a good fit for manager. Won’t be going back!
