Everytime I have ordered from this location they seemed to be understaffed and always miss items or fill the order with different items without asking first. The past two times have been on the way to work where I’ve had to wait and wait just for me to get all the way to work and realize I didn’t even get what I ordered. When I call to ask for a refund they never answer phone. They are nice people but unfortunately I cannot continue to give them money for food I don’t get to eat. They offer to replace it but then won’t have the replacement or it’s days later and doesn’t help me now. I am now hungry at work AGAIN 😔 today I ordered two hot cakes and only received one stack of broken dry cakes

I ordered on the app for pickup. This time, I had to wait fifteen minutes in the parking lot for our food. The bright spot is that they typically get the order right. It is McDonald's, so I don't expect culinary excellence, but I don't expect it to take so long.

My food was cold and that was after they got the order wrong and i had to wait for ice tea....i touched the other sandwich with my bare hands and they gave it to the next customer and due to the fact I work almost an hour away I can't go back today and honestly don't trust their food...and the option i was given wasn't a refund for the food it was more food

Usually I enjoy going to this Mcdonald's. This time, the service was not like usual. I waited 10 minutes to order while at the speaker and then another 15 for my food. All I had ordered was a biscuit, egg and cheese bagel, sweet tea, and a coffee. Waiting 25+ minutes for my food was a little insane especially when others were going through the drive through quickly. I have worked in fast food so I understand that there can be difficulties and need for re-makes, but this was crazy.

Took 30 minutes to get a single cheeseburger. That’s it. Didn’t answer me at the speaker, had me wait in a waiting spot for nearly half an hour. Ridiculous. Don’t come here if you have the option to. The workers are rude and they are terrible at their jobs. Now I’m late to MY job because they’d rather sit here and smoke 20 feet away from my car than do theirs. Might I add it was a mobile order too.
