Waited 38 minutes in curbside pickup. Turns out they forgot about us. They only came out when I called the store. Then I was irritated that my order was wrong when I got it.

It was late at night, around 11:00 PM, so being hungry I swung into the drive through. Service was quick, but I would have rather fasted in hindsight. The quarter pounder was so sopping with grease that the bun was disintegrating in my hands. It was further obvious that the grill was not properly cleaned during the evening as black charred beef scraps fell out as I unfolded the paper wrapper...the stuff that should have been scrapped off the grill. I could not even finish the burger. Never again.
Dietary restrictions: Grease in abundance...nobody should be expected to digest such a burger.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, of course. But stick to the chicken.

since I’ve quit they don’t wanna pay me my check , lol . This establishment is TERRIBLE , they don’t train , don’t put you on a schedule. They expect you to work 3 days out the week for 1 hour n 45 mins as “Training” don’t care if your paying out of pocket to get back n forth to work. Managers talk to you like they crazy , Crew Members always have attitudes , picking out people food. Claim they can’t have phones out but literally everyone else is on there’s. EVERY SINGLE REVIEW HERE IS 1 STAR FOR A REASON. they need to shut this location down immediately ! They definitely can’t run a business. Gm got an attitude problem it’s just to much. What these people are saying is correct. Believe them.

Listen…I ordered FOUR drinks! That’s all. One coke, sprite, and two teas. Ten minutes later, I had to approach the counter to get my order. One drink wasn’t correct and I had to wait another 4 minutes for a coke. I will NEVER come inside for an order EVERRRRR again!

I came through the drive thru and got the 5 dollar meal and i specifically asked for my burger plain, meaning NO CHEESE as well. i said only burger and the bun. And they still got it wrong. They don’t listen and when i tried to go in and tell them they said “oh i don’t think i can fix it since cheese comes on the mcdouble” if you can’t do your job right don’t work at a fast food place!. just a key tip

The African American woman manager with the puff ball pony tail is always very rude, like she couldn’t care less about anything and she has a very nasty attitude every time I see her, she really shouldn’t work in costumer service if she hates it so much.
