The customer service from a manager (women) was very off today. If you get an order wrong you fix it if someone say thank you you say your welcome. If you have an attitude don't come to work. You should be setting examples for your employees. And I appreciate Justin (a manager) for his help today. He needs better managers on his side.

The service here is horrible. I went to use my app to buy two breakfast sandwiches for the buy one get one breakfast sandwich deal when the lady came to the register I showed her my code and she told me to scan it, I did, in doing so it showed up as it being used but on her end it didn't come off and I showed her that came off on my end but it was still trying to charge me full price. I told the woman at the register that I didn't want to pay full price for my order if I have a buy one get one deal in the app. She then walked away from the register and told who I assume to be the manager that I was "refusing to pay for my food". I explained to her that I was NOT refusing to pay for my food but that I didn't want to pay full price if I had a deal in the app. After a few minutes I finally got my food. The fact that the woman walked away from the register and didn't listen to what I said was really frustrating. There was no reason at all for her to be that way. Is it just me ir has customer service really gone down hill?

We had take out because thats all they were doing at the time, and we took our food and sat in. We ordered a 20 piece, 2 medium fries, and 2 medium drinks. The chicken nuggets were amazing. But The fries were not done and had no salt. I am extremely upset with the lady handing out the orders.She has an attitude. I believe her name is Mya. I was in sight of the pick up kiosk and lady yelled my name twice as she sees me walking towards her. The young lady that was at the register was doing a great job. Super Sweet and was getting orders taking and bagged. Then there was another young lady with her head down doing absolutely nothing. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment and will not be back.

The Big black wide back manager name Tameka is nasty !!! she have lazy employees I would not come back and will call corporate!!! This store gotten outta control!! Mike is very rude to customers when I'm asking about an order!! I will never come back !! Same people same attitudes do better !!

Customer service was horrible. The lunch time drive-thru lady had a really nasty attitude. I waited in line for 5 minutes while she waited on customers in the second drive-thru line, who we're actually in line after me. I left without being waited on.

Absolutely disgusting. I've eaten here a few times since it's on my commute home. Slow service, stale food and felt undercooked! I swear I won't come here again. Might be the nail in the coffin to my McDonald's trips all together.

Horrible customer service, very slow service, employees that take orders always have an attitude, the past 6 times I've got food from this location it's been wrong and never gotten a refund just a hard time trying to get my correct order, I'm never going back an don't recommend eating from here.

Walk in at around 6:30 am and was completely ignored. There were self order machines and thought maybe in order to be served I need to place my order at the machine. Did that including payment to be made at the counter for cash. Still no service-completely ignored. Had enough and went next door to Biscuitville quickly and wonderful service. Paid twice as much but I was able to have a nice breakfast and service was great.
