I ordered for drive thru pickup in the app for this location and the app kept crashing before the order would go through and give me a code. When I checked my bank account, McDonald’s has charged me twice, even though I never got a drive thru code. I went inside to ask about it and the manager said that it was on them and made my food for free (which was very kind, thank you!) but I’m still a bit confused because they still got away with charging me twice?? I never got a refund for the second charge

Went to take my daughter inside as she was in between practices. Walked in, no one at the counter to take our food order. Made eye contact with 3 workers, no efforts to come and take our order. I suppose they want you to use their new electronic ordering options, but I refuse as it is hard to follow. Took me money elsewhere with much better service. Won’t be back to that location.

Ordered breakfast the other day on the app. Got to the drive thru at 10:59 and told them I was there to pick up the order but they refused because they were switching to lunch. The app had already taken my money so they should have already started making it when I placed the order. Instead of taking the 2 minutes or so it would have taken to make the items they canceled my order and supposedly issued a refund that I have yet to see. Will not be visiting this location again anytime soon.

After going through the drive thru, it was discovered that both Mcribs have absolutely zero sauce on them.

West McDonald's in Greenville. You have to go to counter and get a refill. They ran out of sweet tea at lunchtime! Not a drop in the entire restaurant. My chicken sandwich had way too much mayonnaise on it. Just a total horrible experience, never go to that one again
We had a problem ordering our food we had to repeat our order 2 or 3 times and at the first window she still had our order wrong and we had to tell her our order again after we drive to the next window we seen on the receipt that she still didn’t get our order right so we told the other lady at the next window that she didn’t add the order right I asked to speak with the manager but he refused to speak to me and told his coworkers that we had to pull around again and reorder the manager was rude and unprofessional something needs to be done about him he needs to be retrained and needs to know how to talk with customers if they have a problem with their orders and not hide from us customers I will not go to that McDonald’s again

This restaurant never fails to disappoint. There are more cars parked waiting on food than in the drive thru. The wait can be as long as fifteen minutes. Then when you get your food it’s lukewarm at best. The employees who bring you your food, has no clue if it is even yours. If you can’t do better close half of your stores and move the employees to the open ones so service can improve. Five good stores are better than ten below par stores.
