I ordered for drive thru pickup in the app for this location and the app kept crashing before the order would go through and give me a code. When I checked my bank account, McDonald’s has charged me twice, even though I never got a drive thru code. I went inside to ask about it and the manager said that it was on them and made my food for free (which was very kind, thank you!) but I’m still a bit confused because they still got away with charging me twice?? I never got a refund for the second charge

Went to take my daughter inside as she was in between practices. Walked in, no one at the counter to take our food order. Made eye contact with 3 workers, no efforts to come and take our order. I suppose they want you to use their new electronic ordering options, but I refuse as it is hard to follow. Took me money elsewhere with much better service. Won’t be back to that location.

Ordered breakfast the other day on the app. Got to the drive thru at 10:59 and told them I was there to pick up the order but they refused because they were switching to lunch. The app had already taken my money so they should have already started making it when I placed the order. Instead of taking the 2 minutes or so it would have taken to make the items they canceled my order and supposedly issued a refund that I have yet to see. Will not be visiting this location again anytime soon.
They gave me the completely wrong order and when I tried to call them back they picked up the phone and hung it straight up twice without saying anything.

West McDonald's in Greenville. You have to go to counter and get a refill. They ran out of sweet tea at lunchtime! Not a drop in the entire restaurant. My chicken sandwich had way too much mayonnaise on it. Just a total horrible experience, never go to that one again
