Mellow Mushroom Greenville

I was super excited to try the spinach dip for lunch today. Went inside, it wasn't very busy. Looked over a menu at the hostess station, saw many employees about but sadly not one of them acknowledged my existence. Waited about 8 minutes and then just gave up and walked out, stomach growling and me, full of disappointment and not spinach dip. Sad really. I'll probably never go back.
I heard fabulous things about this place. Sadly, my experience was the opposite of fabulous.

Wonderful pizzas 🍕

Great place to eat. We sat outside under the patio. Pizza was perfect. It was the best pizza we have honestly had. All around, good experience.

Horrible service waited 2 hours for 2 small pizzas.
Then food was made sloppy. Never going back

This is the worst Mellow Mushroom I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money

What a great experience! Service was great!! The cloud 9 wings were so good. We also tried the Italian sub, great bread and quality meat and cheese. I love the pizza as well, we reheated leftovers the oven, and it tasted just as good as last night. We'll be back!!

Brianna was our server. She was super attentive, friendly, and professional. The pizza is the best, especially the crust.. it's so delicious! My only negatives are the paper straws and the music is way too loud! I would suggest keeping a box of regular plastic straws on hand for people like me who completely get the heeby-geebies with paper in the mouth.

We have been to other locations before and they were so great, that we couldn’t wait to try a local one. But this location was VERY disappointing. The wings looked like they were reheated from the prior day, they were tiny and very dry. The server comped us for the wings after we told her about it. The pizza we had was just ok, and not of the typical memorable prior experiences at other locations. This location need to improve.

I'm in town for work and ordered take out at the resturant. The two young ladies were amazing offering suggestions on the appetizers. Every customer that came to the counter, the two young girls were spot on offering customer service with a smile. After a very long drive here and more hours of work training, these two ladies made the day worth it. I was tired, hungry and they just stepped up with positive attitudes. I hope mellow mushroom appreciates their servers! (I got spinach dip and cheese bread). Both were delicious and heated up in the microwave nicely.

Ordered catering several hours in advance. Needed 10 pizzas and 6 salads, the catering manager saved me some money on the salads with one large cater instead of 6 individuals (ordered for staff/leaders meeting, so I just read an order I was given) I showed up 10 min earlier than pick up time and everything was ready. Cadence was incredibly polite and helped me carry all the food to my car. Always love how personable the staff is at this location, only positive experiences

Great spot! Gets busy, but they have an online wait list. Friendly staff, great pizza. Plenty of parking.

Our waitress was great , but we had to wait over 30 minutes for two half sandwiches. Last time we went here about a year ago, the service was the same. If you have time, the food is good. And the price is right for what you receive.
