I received the wrong pizza from the fire tower restaurant and was told the pizza maker remembered making it...and If I wanted to bring it back they would remake it... All I asked was for my money back. I live in Vanceboro and they refused. I will never call them again...

Got two slices of pizza to go. Still confused by this. No bad mannerisms from employees, I was kind and left a tip.

The food is consistently great. Mediocre customer service but still overall worth it for the great pizza.

This is exactly how I like my pizza. Not pretentious like some other options in Greenville, but not a Domino's. Good NY style pies, reasonable fare, friendly service.
Always the best pizza and service. Thank you for cooking the fries first for my autistic son

The service is friendly; the food is good and reasonably priced. But all they have are narrow booths and a short bar for dining. I tried and I could not fit in either place. I'm a big guy and I know it. But I'm not like crazy huge. I wear a 4x tee shirt. So i basically had to sit sideways at the bar, separate from my family and eat alone. This place either needs to introduce a few wider booths or a few tables with chairs. It's not just a case of discrimination against obese people, but it also doesn't make sense. It's a pizza joint. Fat people consume the most pizza, but yet we can't even eat here?Wheelchair accessibility: Paths are a bit narrow and would probably be difficult during high customer traffic, but they are within ADA guidelines for access. Also the wheel chair ramp and handicapp parking is on the other side of the plaza which is a little inconvenient.
Was my go-to for over a decade, on Firetower- felt like any pizza place up north. In the past year changed and after having someone take our order ,(obviously high) still gave benefit of doubt (easy job to do) order arrived without part of it. Called, said no problem, could bring it to me or give credit on file. It was almost closing time so I felt bad if they would bring it all the way back out for that 1 thing, so I said credit on file. Then 2 weeks later I called to make an order because I ordered often, asked about the credit and they said there was none on file. They sai would have to know a name of who I talked to Or I wasn't getting the credit. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were a manager. I haven't ordered or are gone there since and don't plan on ever going back after surprisingly being treated that way, and being a long-time customer.

Like a real pizza place. Cooked in a brick over and they make the crust, tossing it to the perfect thickness.
Food was delivered Hot and Fast! Never disappoints! Delicious! Love the Calzones.
