Location has really gone downhill. Not clean and smaller portions. I got birria in my bowl and there was legit two bites of birria. Not worth the price anymore

The last few times of coming here my order has been completely incorrect and missing items. Then they promise a refund, but that never comes either. The last time I got food not only was it wrong, but I had stomach issues for days after. Judging by the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant this is not a surprise. The tables and counters are very dirty and the entire floor is sticky... Avoid this location at all costs.

Long time customer, just can not stomach this dirty location any more. The GM and district manager need to be let go if they can't even do the most basic of cleaning. Not to mention the food was inedible. This steak tastes like it was cooked last week. But I'm paying nearly 20 damn dollars a meal. Y'all got to try a little harder just a little bit. Please I'm begging you.

Went a couple of weeks ago on a Friday around 11:15-11:30 AM. Food was ok but the tables and counters needed cleaning. Several drink options were unavailable in the drink machines. The worst part was the bathroom. It obviously had not been cleaned in some time and smelled of urine. The toilet brush in the corner was disgusting looking and stained orange/brown, the sink was gross. The bathroom obviously had not been cleaned at the end of the previous day or at the beginning of the day when I went. This is rather unsettling, and has grossed me out. I would only consider returning once staff and management clean the place up.

Word of advice to other customers: check the bathrooms before you order, it may make you change your mind or lose your appetite.

Word of advice to Moe’s: Hold your staff/management accountable. This place was disgusting.

Disappointed AGAIN. Keep going thinking it will be different ‘next time.’ Used to be consistently good prior to COVID. No ‘welcome to moes’ in a long time and always ‘out’ of items (even on a Friday night). Tonight it was cilantro. Another night Queso dip…salad greens very old(blackened spots and wilted)when I got home in better lighting I ended up dumping most of it. Chicken was tough and looked like it had been there from the day before. Chips were stale as they have been for a long time now. Nothing new really but decided I had been patient long enough and given it the benefit of the doubt long enough too. Sad since it used to be great and packed with a line at the door but no more and I see why.

If you want a burrito or bowl please choose another company. To start they ALWAYS are out of something. The staff is rude, there is a little boy in there who is disrespectful. I had a basketball hat on and he called me sir when I’m definitely a female. He screamed at me saying helloooooo when I was in line asking “chips or NO sir” I just felt so disgusted. The man with black hair who worked on 11/26/2024 around 4:45pm needs to be fired. There is no sign on the door or anything stating they do not take cash. Which was such an inconvenience after I already ordered.

This place has absolutely gone downhill since management has changed. I ordered a burrito bowl and the server attempted to give me the absolute bottom of the rice pan. No thanks. I’d like fresh rice for my paying dollars. The people don’t greet you like they used to and the manager has an attitude because you didn’t tell him you were using rewards when your app doesn’t instruct the customer to let the cashier know in advance. Not even a thank you walking out.

We just moved to Greenville and stopped by after our move. I’ll never eat at chipotle again after the eating at Moes! I had the sturdy vegan burrito and queso and chips and it was delicious and will be my forever quick lunch spot when I’m in need of a burrito and queso.

A place that is often forgotten about. Kind of in between genres you would say. But I will say the food is consistently excellent, service is fast, and they have daily specials. Unlike most places I have seen the service actually get better lately. Would easily recommend.

We came in at 7:30 on a Sat night and it was pretty depressing. Silverware area hadn't been stocked, had to ask for everything. Not much of a salsa bar. Chairs ripped and team members behind counter on their phone with their butt's popped up on food counter. Don't care how cute you are, I don't want your butt where my foods made. Only one of us liked our food. It used to be great but hadn't been in awhile and it's tanked.

I had ordered for two taco kits, which supposedly are for 8 to 10 people. However each box as shown in the picture had an ice cream sized bowl of rice for supposedly eight people when I asked for some extra rice. The server treated me as if I was asking for a favor and said that to my face was worth 100 USD. He was outrightly condescending and looked at me as if I was begging him for extras.
This was more a change for us from chipotle for a small gathering. I would not go back to this Moe's location ever in the future.
I think they should teach their staff, some manners and how to deal with customers rather than balking at the name of Chipotle which is a direct competitor.
No wonder chipotle does better as their staff is always receptive to the customers .
