This place must do so much business in 3 days and being open only 6 hours a day for Friday, Saturday, Sunday that they are closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.Or they are going out of business since 2 other places down the block are open 6 days a week. I can understand why they are closed it seems hard to find a good cook or chef at these places. I order a burger Rare down the street and it came out Well Done and it had allot of grease as well. The place looks nice inside and has the potential to sit more people than what they have at the present and it's a shame!

Ran out of everything and it took an hour and half to get our food. When we walked in there were 12 people including us in the place. Food was good but not what we wanted. For Ed to order different things due to them running out of grits, gravy, and biscuits!

this place has soooo much potential but for the last year, understaffing issues have not been dealt with . i’m not sure why. the kitchen is quick to run out of things and you’re likely to wait about 40 minutes to an hour for food . i LOVE the food, the waiter i’ve had the last couple of times has had a great attitude and i do appreciate it . however, i’ve started to just order food for take out because the service is so variable and unpredictable . if you want a good sit down experience , this may not be the best 1st option. if you want great food, i’ve never been disappointed!!! their plates rock

We walked in at 10:02. The rude boy who was running the show gave short snide answers upon simply asking if they had gravy with no sausage. He DOES NOT belong in a public setting. We got our water and nothing else. Not even an Ill be right with you.”We asked the heavy set girl about it and she smile and said they are just busy.I agreeBut. You can still talk to your customers and make them feel welcome.I will say watching the cook was awesome. You can see everything they do which I loved.Another couple walked in. Got ignored and walked out.We left at 10:21So much for that experience.

Maybe they are normally excellent, but today they were lacking terribly. Some tables sat for over an hour and got no food or proper service. By the time we got iur food (which we waited a long time for) it was obvious that it had been sitting under a warmer and dried out. Manager maybe owner came and apologized and we made the best of it but probably will not return.

Nowadays it's hard to find good help. I think once they do get enough service it'll be smooth sailing. The food was very good but the wait was very long!

One of the worst, if not the worst, restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes and never got our food. We had to leave without eating. We kept asking over and over for our food and they would tell us 7 more minutes and they eventually told us they lost the order. Our waiter just walked out and left mid shift. We wasted all morning and never ate.

Really, really slow service, and really, really disgusting breakfast. Hash browns were revolting. Rubbery eggs. Everything else greasy--even the toast.

Decent little place to get a bite while enjoying conversation and company you're with.Don't get me wrong, the food was decent. The grits stand up like they're supposed to.The service, however....The server was busy as a pne legged man in a $ $ kicking contest. One man busy Sunday morning at about 10:30.I ordered coffee and water. My companion had water. We settled for what we had because we couldn't get what we needed from the server. We noticed a glass of tea on the table, neither of us ordered. He was too busy to ask, and I was enjoying my visit with my companion so much I refused to interrupt my good morning with the added frustration of flagging him down again. After paying, I noticed I was charged for the tea. Not to mention but, I will... Itipped him. Not because of promt service. He was at least pleasant.

This was unfortunately my worst brunch experience ever. From the high ratings and pictures, we had an expectation to have something similar to Scullery where we always go for brunch but experience was too different: 1)First and foremost got me food poisoning, I caught diarrhea right after getting home, about 20 mins after dining in here. 2) Every table was waiting for a LONG time to get their food. There were not many ppl at all. Waited for 10mins to get water, 30min to get table beside us cleaned up, 40mins for a brunch which ppl starve for 3) Food looked good but tasted like leftover and cardboard. Maybe we were just unlucky to get the worst food since so many good reviews but none of the food was edible including salads. We ended up only had a few bites and left in 10mins. The food was cheap but this time it’s fair to say it was a waste of both money and time especially. The waiter was super nice and friendly but too slow in everything. Will not return.

Excellent breakfast! We popped in Sunday morning and there two other parties waiting outside for the doors to open when we arrived. There was a friendly vibe among the server and cooks and I sensed that there were many regular customers. The server (who we learned was the owner) managed all the tables with ease. The cooks were extremely quick and we were served right away. Solid diner food- I ordered the egg and cheese biscuit and it was perfect. Buttery biscuit holding in the perfectly cooked eggs and melted cheese. Texas Pete’s on the table. Good drip coffee. Prices were right. Bright, airy place. I spotted beers on tap for lunch. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

The food was okay. I had the French toast scrambled eggs bacon and home fries. The bacon was really good French toast wasn't bad. Home fries needed more seasoning. My wife said the pancakes were good. Nice location and atmosphere.
