Ninja Hibachi Express

Today is the second time my food was not prepared correctly the first time I was too far away to return this time I took my bulgogi wraps back because they were not correct only partially having meat in them the entire ends on both about 1 bite and the other wasn't even half way filled I requested they remake them and I was told they would just refund me that part of my order.....which doesn't make since because That's what I wanted was it to be remade correctly I was polite and just left without my complete meal.....what happened to customer service???? I guess they don't care that they lost a very frequent customer because I'm definitely NOT going back ......Never had these things happen at the goldsboro locations SMH

I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice. I always go for the MCP roll, but I've had a few other things like the potstickers, bulgogi wrap, and the bowls themselves. All very good and the service is friendly!

I usually receive great food but on a Sunday when I ordered bulgogi wraps and other items, I never received my bulgogi wraps. I asked for a refund and the cashier said I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund! I did t have time for that so I had to pay $7 for something I never received.

I go here for literally two things: hibachi bowls and bulgogi wraps. The bowls are always amazing, but the wraps desperately need work. Tonight I added a note to my order asking that there not be too much cheese added to it, 'cause it's a *bulgogi* wrap, not a cheese wrap. Lo and behold, first bite I take is straight cheese. I aint paying $6 for a mouthful of cheese--where the bulgogi at??

These containers are a new addition to ninja express and I love it! It's been awhile since I've been here but I'm happy that I returned today for lunch. The lady at the window, I'm sorry I don't know her name, was awesome! Perfect service, and the food is wonderful! This a must try for anyone who hasn't been. To the lady at the window, I will work on the proper bow when receiving my food. I'm sorry that I messed it up or at least I feel as if I messed it up. I'm not writing this so that people will bow, I'm just saying that I feel that it's proper that I learn so that I can return it. Anyways, the ninja bacon cheeseburger with fries came up to 11.77. Not bad at all!!! Finally, I know that it might be easy to drive by this place sometimes because of where its positioned or located but I urge everyone to stop here for a bite or dine in!

Stopped by Ninja Hibachi from a referral. We got the bulgogi bowl, the Crack chicken bowl, the bulgogi wrap, and the fire cracker sushi roll. Everything was good but felt like I had to put a good amount of yum yum sauce & Sriracha to give it more flavor. Would give it a 7/10

Doordashed my meal of chicken bowl and house salad. Chicken was very dry. House salad? What house salad? I received a small Styrofoam box of iceberg lettuce! I've seen better salads at Food Lion! See photo.
