Gave order, first, wasn't told soda machine wasn't working. Order was cold mac cheese and cold japanese noodle dish. Waited for rest order 30 minute wait for. Seen other orders filled from incoming customers that gave their orders after we gave ours. Not pr order heard customer oder. Don't think we'll go back. Wasn't to impress. Manager did try to make things better, re cooking our food, it be hot.That was more. Time waiting was there over a hour.

The last three orders I've placed through the app have arrived incorrect or missing items. I call and talk to somebody they say they're going to send coupons but they never come. Then I see an email from the manager saying if I want to come in to get a free meal within the next 48 hours but it's not free if I already paid for it and it's wrong.This has been multiple times, multiple issues & messed up orders so I just likely won't order again. When I do get things and they are correct It tastes good but not worth the loss of money.

Was just trying to get noodles and go to my bfs house to watch survivor however I waited 25 minutes for my food to be cold, then forgetting my side, and almost forgetting my drink. They didn't even give me a fork or napkins! I paid 16$ which is already insane for buttered shrimp noodles and a drink. The audacity to ask for a tip knowing my food was horrendous and forgetting my side???? Will not be back

This place used to be awesome. We've had multiple Doordash orders incorrect. We waited 15 minutes for this to come to the table, burnt and I'm still waiting on my entree. (Came 5 minutes later)

I have been a loyal customer of Noodles & Co. in Colorado since 2006. During a visit, I went to their Greenville, NC, location last night (3/19/24) around 8:15 pm to pick up dinner for myself. I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan Chicken. It was served incomplete (no spinach or pepper, and minimal tomatoes or mushrooms). Otherwise, the taste was typical.Around midnight, I developed a stomachache and felt nauseous. I took some medication but my stomach still feels twisted in a knot and I’ve had diarrhea all day on the following day. Maybe I got a stomach flu or maybe the food was contaminated. I’m not going to take any chances by going back to this location in my neighborhood.

We love eating at Noodles but we have been extremely let down the past couple times we’ve been. I got a salad and asked for no olives, there was an excessive amount of olives. We ordered extra tomatoes on our pasta (which we paid extra for) and did not get. I ordered a salad again and got no dressing for my salad. I’m just very disappointed in one of our favorite places to eat. Next time I’ll check our to-go bag before we leave.

Im very disappointed both my pastas were under cooked and it took well over 30 mins for my order for it to still be undercooked . I tried to fix when i got home but it was no fixing it i just wasited 34 dollars because we could not eat our food. I wont be back!!

The restaurant was totally empty when we arrived. We probably should have realized we made a bad choice when it took 10 minutes for 8 of us to order. We were given the number markers to put on the table but they were pointless. They started bringing out trays of food and much of it was not part of our order… did I mention the place was empty. Over the course of 35 minutes they brought out one order at a time and some were correct and some not. 3 other people showed up waiting on orders that were placed online/app and they waited and waited as well. I counted at least 5 workers but can’t understand why it took so long to cook noodles. It literally felt like we were on a TV show getting punkd. The gender neutral bathroom was nasty and no toilet paper, so no telling when someone had checked it and cleaned. The food was decent but would not go again.
