Overtime Tavern

It's a good little bar/ meet up spot with bar food. Burger was good, chicken sliders were chicken nuggets on a bun. A little pricey for what you get. Atmosphere is what you need it to be for that type of place.

I had lunch with an old friend that hadn’t seen in years. The atmosphere was perfect. There wasn’t a lot of loud music or commotion. Our waitress. Erica was great. She allowed us to just have our conversation with minimal intrusions. The service was prompt. The price was great. the food was hot and flavorful. I really enjoyed it. It was my first time there.

Food was terrible the chicken was raw and they overcharging for food at night smh ..a whole bunch of young college looking students that don't know how to cook at all

This place is to cold to enjoy food or a drink we we're there for 15 minutes and i didn't want to order any food nice service but it is fall time to turn down the ceiling fans and air at least make it comfortable for the customers maybe we will try again when there is heat in the winter

Small spot, basic menu. Wanted a quick bite to eat after ECU tour. I really enjoyed the chili cheese dog and mozz bites. Didn’t care for the fried pickles (salty). It wasn’t busy during our visit. Quick and friendly service.

This place is one of a kind. We have now been here 3 times. The 1st two times, Brooke was our bartender, love her! Very friendly and nice. She convinced us to come back, and we did, and she also makes a great loaded bloody mary. The cooks are well seasoned. They know how to make bar food awesome. Now for the 3rd time, which was today, Summer was great! She showed us the newest items. My hubby got the Philly Cheesesteak, and I got they new Avacodo Burger, and let me tell you, it had an awesome amout of Avacodo. It was just what I wanted. This place is becoming one of our faves.

Overall expirence was good, atmosphere was nice and quiet, food tasted great. The one gripe I have with Overtime Tavern is the price of the food. It is good, but I don't know if 6 little mozzarella balls are worth 12 dollars. I took my son in after an appointment that we had for him and I got him a quesadilla and myself a hotdog meal and the mozzarella bites for us to split. Server was nice and attentive, other patreons seemed nice from what I can tell but the bill for that came out to 32 dollars before tip. I will probably go back when I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go again even with the food tasting great.

Maybe it's me! But this Lowes is better stocked then the on on 10th st.

College Bar Themed aka Minimalist but well run. Kitchen Staff & Wait Staff all smiling. All is as expected…beer cold, food satisfying and delicious, and TV’s pumping out the games with a jukebox background.

Bad experience. Raw bacon served on burger. When I asked about it they said it was made in the morning??
