they seemed pretty rushed today and unrelaxed, i never have an issue but the 2 ladys that were working today seem to have wanted to quickly get us out of the shop. they both seemed impatient and did not get my order right. i was pretty upset but walked out and im deciding to leave this review here because customer service has been pretty bad lately

While visiting Greenville we were craving ice cream. We thought that Paletetia Deya sounded interesting. A Google search revealed that Mexican ice cream is more dense and gelato-like than American ice cream. We were excited try something new!
There were plenty of flavors to choose from. Some predictable, and others that were unfamiliar to us. My wife played it safe and went for a scoop each of Cookies & Cream and Cookie Dough.
I asked the young lady behind the counter about the Bischoff Cookie & Cajeta Coffee in a waffle cone. She told us she invented the flavor. She gave me a sample and I was sold. I went with two scoops in a waffle cone. The coffee and caramel flavors were exceptional. Don't sleep on this shop!
