I used to love Panera Bread until today. I have always ordered cheddar broccoli soup. Today it was so thin and watery with only one piece of broccoli. The carrots were undercooked. Not to mention the chipotle avocado melt had a strange taste. I asked the cashier for salt and pepper and was given attitude. Very disappointing.

Went through the drive through and ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a baguette and I have to say it was the nastiest soup I have ever had, the chicken was like gristle or something and the very small piece of bread looked like someone just ripped it off from another piece instead of even bothering to cut it...And it took about 15 minutes waiting in the drive through so the entire experience was awful.

The only thing that Panera makes me irritated abt is when I order 2 things of cream cheese, they give me one. Every single time. The receipt clearly says 2.

The food took a bit to get out to me and it was just some bagels toasted. The employees were friendly and helpful.
I visited yesterday during lunch time and came through the drive thru, Keara was really sweet and did an outstanding job making sure I had everything in my order! will definitely be visiting again!

I used to go there all the time....been a little bit but planned and starting to go again since I'm now near the location. Went to place an order snd they no longer offer spicy mustard as a condiment. That's absolutely a joke. And looking at other reviews...they don't cate enough about customers to respond to these reviews, so doubt this review matters to them anyway.

I am a strict vegetarian and this happened with me on 2 different occasions, last one was yesterday. I ordered caprese sandwich and both times had a little piece of meat in the sandwich. They are not careful about cross contamination. Very disappointed.

Came in at 6 pm everything clean out looked like they were closing. I asked her what time they closed she said 9 pm there is at least 15 people in here. What is happening to this place? Second time within a week and service and atmosphere is a disaster.
