Panera Bread on Greenville Blvd. in Greenville, N.C. delivered an exceptional dining experience that perfectly complemented my busy day. Opting for the Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt whole sandwich, I was treated to a mouthwatering combination of tender chicken, creamy avocado, smoky chipotle sauce, and melted cheese, all nestled between perfectly toasted bread. Each bite was bursting with flavor and left me craving more.Pairing my sandwich with kettle chips added a satisfying crunch to my meal, while a refreshing bottle of water helped wash it all down. The thoughtful selection of sides and beverages allowed me to customize my meal to perfection, ensuring a dining experience tailored to my preferences. Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere at Panera Bread was welcoming and inviting. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I was able to focus on my interview without any distractions. Overall, my experience at Panera Bread was nothing short of amazing, and I look forward to returning for another delicious meal in the future.

Long story short: Order inaccuracy, horrible customer service and still waiting on a refund!!!!!Order delivery to the office, simple order just a sandwich and a soup from the Pick 2 menu. After all the mark-ups, taxes, online fees and delivery fees (That do not go to the driver, you know tip separate) Over $20 for a half of a sandwich guys, can't make this up.I called the store immediately and was hung up on. (All they did was pick the phone up and hung it immediately up) So, I continued to call until someone answered. They informed me that they would not be bringing me the food that I had paid for. That I would need to take off work and come get it, which wasn't the best option at the time, hence choosing delivery. The woman on the phone continued to push store credit, which I did not want. I requested a refund to my card, so I would not have to go through this again with this company. ZERO accountability, zero problem solving and still ZERO REFUND from this Greenville location.

Screwed up my order for my wife and I in the drive thru. Then when I went inside I waited for someone to help me and the manager couldn't even bother to show her face to try to resolve the issues when the employee stuck his head around the corner to talk to her. Bread was hard as leather. No more Panera for me. Broccoli Soup is the only thing I like from that place anymore..

This rating is so low because the sandwich that I got today, which I get every time I come to Panera, was absolutely inedible. It was terrible, quite possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. There was sauce DROWNING it, the bread was different (there was no mention of a switch in bread), and it’s laughbly small. The lady who took my order was nice, though. I’m on my way back now to get a refund. I’ll edit after.Edit: got my refund AND a complimentary blueberry muffin. Everyone is so nice there which definitely makes it worth trying again in the future.

We ordered delivery. When we got our order we were missing a soup. I called and the manager was very friendly and sent someone right out to deliver our soup. We not only got the soup, but it was a larger serving of soup with more bread and a cookie. Great customer service!
It is hit or miss at this location. They seem to frequently run out of stuff, and their food is not always fresh. I had one of their Green Goddess Cobb Salads today, and the lettuce tasted stale. I think it was iceberg, which is cheap and has no nutritional value. It did not taste good. That being said, I have had other experiences with this location where the food was delicious and well prepared. As I said, it is hit or miss here. The staff is friendly.Dietary restrictions: The only thing I can eat here is their salad. I really wish they had gluten free breads and that they would stop putting brown sugar in all their soups. Soup does not need sugar.
They forgot the chicken on my salad. And the toppings overall were VERY lacking. Very overpriced for what we got :( upset we spent so much here for such minimal

You can order inside at a kiosk or with a cashier, or come in, sit at a table, and order from your phone with the Panera app. Or, order from the app anywhere and pick up inside or through the drive thru! The employees are helpful if you have questions, and the soups, salads, and sandwiches are great! And don't forget the bread! Great prices on fresh bread?

Need to figure out a proper way to dispense sip club cups! I fill mine out on the app before I get there. You guys clear the order, but don’t have cup ready nor drink filled. If you’re going to keep the cups behind the counter, you could at least fill our drinks!
