Food was ok. Rebecca who took our order was wonderful. But trying to get a refill on drinks was another matter. My friend who is blind and his wife went to the counter to get a refill and was totally engored. After a few words were spoken the lady who i believe was the manger finally turned the the girl next to her and said go ahead. Will not eat at that location again.

Ive been quiet long enough!! You charge 10 dollars for a bbq sandwich, fries and a tea, I get there at 11, someone wanna tell me why a bbq restaurant is serving cold bbq and buns at 11 oclock!!??? Also anyone wanna tell me why the gville blvd location has a 92 health rating when the newer locations were built with floor to ceiling tile so the entire kitchen could be cleaned!!?? How long are we going to allow as patrons to these establishments to keep charging these overpriced prices for below par food!!!!!!

Other Restaurants should follow Parker’s Leadership. There are very few GREAT restaurants in the Greenville area. I had a small problem with Parker’s Restaurant on Greenville Blvd. I spoke with the manager. To summarize; the manager did not solve the problem. He gave me the number to his Supervisor, Mr. Parker. Mr. Parker, took my call and listened to what happened. Ultimately, he can’t fix a problem unless he is aware of it. Mr. Parker is Very approachable and personable. Thank you Mr. Parker for listening. Parker’s restaurant is one of three restaurants that I consider to be Great Restaurants, in the Greenville area. I am a school trained Sous Chef and a retired ICU RN. If You choose Parker’s to cook for You…you have made a wise choice. If You have a problem, they listen.

Upon visiting Parkers Drive thru located on Arlington Blvd a young man by the name “Jordan” was absolutely nothing but professional!! He was definitely top notch with this customer service skills and ensuring that my order was complete and if anything else was needed!! Love that ❤️ Also the young man Jacob at the window was amazing ❤️ Both of these young men did an outstanding job and I am quite impressed by them Both ❤️❤️

I went to your restaurant yesterday (over 2 hours away). I ordered 2 family 4 packs and was told no substitutions on the sides. I also ordered a side of potatoes and 2 okra. They packed the coleslaw and BBQ on ice for me. I watched them supposedly doubke check the order twice. The girl went to the back to get someone else to check it too. Imagine my surprise this morning, when I opened the BBQ only to find out it is ground chicken! We ordered the food to bring to a family gathering Saturday (today) and now have to scramble to get BBQ. What is going on that the orders are always incorrect? This is the second time my order was wrong. I visited your restaurant in December and food missing. I’m wishing I didn’t make the trip just to get your BBQ! I will be returning the wrong food this Thursday 7/3/2025 and demand a refund for the incorrect food.

DISAPPOINTING! We ordered two chicken & barbecue dinners from the East Arlington Parker's, as we have many times before. We have seen a serious decline in the quality of the food...BUT THIS TIME WAS THE WORST. The chicken was dried out, the barbecue was also very dry WITH NO Carolina seasoning. Three weeks ago, it was absolutely perfect, but this is the exception, not the standard. We're tired of playing Russian roulette with our food at this location and we're tired of throwing away $30 of food almost every time. I have been a Parker's lover since 1977. NO MORE.

For the past week only, I’m only giving a Service shout out to Jordan and Jaden!! At the Arlington location. These two men have fantastic customer service skills! They should be trainers for some of the others. I’ve gone at least 3-4 times this week, (not just for me) :) and they have been there at the drive thru. Awesome awesome awesome!!
I love hearing their voice on the mic! They are nice, polite, kind and always have a smile on their face! It’s like they enjoy being there! If they don’t, well then they’re good at hiding it! Some of the other drive thru workers are rude.
One time my order was wrong I Checked the bag with my hands of course, I asked for white meat they gave me dark, I let the lady know, she looked at me and rolled her eyes, then proceeded to take the bag back. Now get this, she emptied the already touched chicken by me right back into the bin they keep the chicken in.
I couldn’t believe it! But who am I kidding, nothing surprises me anymore…. So, I said ma’am you do know I put my hands in that bag, did you really just put the chicken back in that bin? She said absolutely NOTHING!! She gave me the look like here’s your chicken now leave. ATP it was obvious that she didn’t care.
I could not go inside due to a short break. I tired calling but as usual no one picked up. I just let it go… needless to say, that’s why I pray over my food… Anyway kudos to Jordan and Jaden! Job well done. Keep it up!
