Pelican opens at 12 and closes at 9pm after arriving at 12:30 because no one was at the window after ringing the bell and there was no sign saying they were closed today I called to ask if they were opened when the lady picked up she rudely answered no and hung up without me even being able to respond it’s unprofessional,unnecessary,rude and completely disregarding me not just as a customer but also as a person that hasn’t done anything to warrant such terrible behavior I will never go back to that place because of that one incident

On Sunday August 6 2023, my 10 yr old daughter and I visited pelicans on greenville blvd. The customer service was horrible. The clerk came to window with a frown on her face and was rude when talking our order. Then she skipped our order and waited on the young lady that came after us after we had waited a good little while for our order. I reminded her that we was next in line. Normally i dont mind the wait because i understand that sometimes businesses are understaffed however it doesnt exempt anyone from being nice to the customers. When she skipped us her excuse was “Oh she only got three cups of ice, but after making us wait so long for one cup of flavored ice in the heat to me was unacceptable. If she had been pleasant about it instead of being snappy and sarcastic I would have really understood. Im not sure what it is about pelicans but the customer service has definitely declined. Not to mention our order was wrong but i took it and left to minimize confrontation. ??

I got to pelicans at 6:15 and left at 6:45 , I visit pelicans often but not this particular store , it just took longer than usual and expected And very light handed on the syrup , I had ice that didn’t taste like anything

They have heart flavor but they are hiring. They need people. I went today and it took all of 15 minutes to get my stuff. It normally is about 5 minutes.

Great place to eat a Snow cone on the move. Cheap and good for the family. Limited seating outdoors and parking

We always love coming to Pelican’s. We have never had a bad experience! Highly recommended! Btw…they have a great pup cup.

I love taking my granddaughter the only thing I don't like about it the price is just too extreme I don't mind paying that price only for my granddaughter
