Delivered boneless chicken wings with no ranch sauce that we ordered with our wings also delivered boneless wings with no utensils to eat them with. Staying in town at a hotel so we have no access to these items So they did not even pack utensils with our order or the ranch that we ask for. I’m so furious with dumb people. Damn.Common sense people!!

Last night I bought a pizza, I ordered it with a queen edge of cheese, in fact I paid more for it and when I got home I saw that the pizza did not come with a edge filled with cheese, that made me very upset.

The first person to answer the phone was very confused and didn’t know what she was doing so she got someone else after already putting the whole order in the computer and they still messed up the order. I don’t know if they need a new phone or something but they didn’t seem to hear well or something. We asked for regular crust medium pepperoni and regular crust cheese. They repeated it and said extra cheese but we never said that so we corrected that. They didn’t tell us the type of crust when the Second Lady repeated the order so when it was picked up it was thin crust.. thankfully they did remake them. I don’t know what was going on though.

When I got to this pizza hut no one was at the front counter. There was someone cooking the pizza in which he assured me he would let the cashier know that she had someone waiting on her. By the time she came out it was three more people waiting in line. She literally took her time coming out there. I know we stood there waiting more that 10 minutes. When she returned no apology just a attitude as she took our order.

Ordered last night. The New Yorker. Not hot at all. Not cut well. Greasy underneath. I ordered this once before and it was good. What happened? The breadsticks were too brown also.
I started ordering from Pizza Hut when domino’s stopped actually giving you the extra cheese you pay for but Pizza Hut is actually worse! And I tried 2 different locations on multiple occasions.
