Great Customer Service!!!
I ordered my food at 410pm. I got to the window to pick up at about 420pm. When I got up to the window, the lady at the window did not recognize me or anything...she stood at the register texting, needless to say she finally opened the window after waiting for 20 minutes. The female on the phone to place our order asked for our address 7 times. Then she put us on hold 3 different times. Poor customer service to say the least. In the ten minute phone call, we did not even get to order our pizza because she said they didn’t deliver to our address even though the company website said this location delivers to our address. We had several families to feed and no one will be patronizing this location ever again. Incredibly disappointing.
