Went once during a light crowd. Has that cozy well-used sports bar feeling to it with just a touch of family-run restaurant. Beer specials were quite nice and afforable. Food doesn't explode with flavor, but it's tasty with sizable portions. Bar fair at a good price, great for a quick bite.
I've been to sports bars all over the US. The food here is the best I've ever had anywhere. They have screens everywhere including one huge bigscreen. They'll put a specific even on just for you if you ask. Seating is available at the bar, in booths or at tables. You can reserve a large room for a group if you need privacy. What's not to like? Professor O'Cools is Greenville's first and best sports bar in my opinion.
Totally love this place. Great menu options. The Center cut sirloin is always prepared just perfectly. The beer is super cold. Plenty of TV with any sport you want on them. Service has always been on point. If you go for the first time, I suggest the Ribeye steak and cheese sandwich, it will change your life.
