I've been to this location a few times in the past, but this most recent visit will be my last time. There was a special occasion for a family member, so we had a large crowd of about 24 people. We had 2 servers, and they were overwhelmed. Drinks were forgotten, and the food came out at different times. The food was bland, with no refills, just a mess. Then, on top of that, the server charged my card for my food and the family sitting next to me. My food was 24 dollars, and the other came to 81 before the tip. I sent an email out to have them sort this out, and I have not heard anything back, and this happened Mar. 1st. Shame on you Red Lobster.

2-10-2025 Lunchtime:
First of all, Lauren was an attentive server with a good heart and professionally addressed our issues. It was about noon on a Monday and the place was pretty empty so the food arrived quickly. That being said let's start with the best… The biscuits were impeccable. I got the popcorn shrimp-it was overcooked and dry, and literally the amount and the size of them were like you buy out of a little box and in the freezer section that's already cooked, and then it still got messed up. I did not return it because it was edible and I did not want the headache. I was having a good time with my family in spite of that. One part of my family's meal was the broccoli side and it was very overcooked and very salty and gracefully, Lauren provided us with some fresh broccoli to go. My mashed potatoes were standard but then it had a big dollop or should I say layer of sour cream on top with some scallions. That'll be a "do not get" if I come again. I know this seems harsh but Red Lobster has a decent reputation according to other reviewers . Maybe the lunch cook is either new or different from the dinner and weekend food preparers. And sometimes hard truths are the faithful wounds of a friend in the end. Hopefully these suggestions will help them climb back to their former glory if my experience wasn't an anomaly. No pictures taken. I do have to include one thing in red lobster's defense, I don't much care for lobster and I was invited there so I had to choose things that weren't their specialties so maybe the other good ratings were from people enjoying the specialties.

Parking: Retrain or consider reassessing the lunch chef and the way the food is prepared.

The manager sat around eating while his staff messed up everything with no clue. Worst experience at the place I worked for for 3 years. What happened to my poor RedLobster?!

We waited to long for water. We did order cocktails, and the service seemed focused on serving them at the same time. But 20 minutes to receive a glass of water was insane. Our waiter was kind enough, but absolutely had no idea what he was doing. We sat and received biscuits before water. Our group had the delicious biscuits, but no water or cocktails. This lasted for way too long. We had a group of only 5 people. The manager was sitting at the bar eating and watching the superbowl. The disheveled manager didn’t come over until one part of our party complained. He was not being helpful to the server who was “new” according to the manager where we finally complained and he came over. The manager, did nothing besides be combative with a fellow server in the business.

Not at all happy with the food I received today. Had stopped getting food from here, but decided to give another try, so disappointed. Who's cooking the food? Brussel sprouts were burnt beyond eating. Lobster tails were also burnt like they were left in a pot until the water ran out. Nothing was seasoned and they didn't even bother to give butter or sour cream for my baked potato. And portion sizes have decreased tremendously even though prices haven't. Very disappointed.....

We visit this restaurant tonight which is Valentine's Day evening. We were not expecting much but very suprised how horrible things were. We made a reservation and actually was seated within 20 minutes of our reserved time which was awesome.
However after that things went down hill. We waited 2 hours for our meal once the order was placed. Food was served cold & it came out staggered instead of all at the same time. I had to bring our crab legs home to eat because they did not have any clean crackers for us to use after waiting an additional 30 minutes for some. Approaching 3 hours into this, we finally asked for our check. The server did apply an $18 credit to our $90+ bill which was good. However they couldn't give us a copy of our paid receipt because they ran out of credit card receipt paper. As we were leaving our table, the manager decided to come to our table and asked "how was the food"? I looked at him and said "are you kidding me... for real"? I just couldn't believe that Red Lobster kept sitting new customers & packing folks in even though they could not complete the orders for those of us that had already been waiting for 1 - 2 hours.
Overall, I was not looking for much & Really started with an open-mind to extend grace because it was Valentine's Day, but darn this Red Lobster failed terribly & came up short on so many levels.

Our server Lauren actually made the experience the worst. She never came back to the table and offered refills nor refreshed rolls. I thought she was just a bad server until an African American couple came in and got much better service than we (white family) did. We will be waiting to go back.

Today is my birthday and thought this would be an awesome place to have a nice meal. The food was good however the customer service sucked!!! Our initial waitress "A" was very stand offish and didn't care to give no complete sentences. She mainly responded with one and two word responses. I took it as long as I could until I couldn't. I told her I wasn't judging because everyone has a story and she needed to know her character dictates the type of tip she gets. And I would give her the opportunity to correct it and even apologize if we said anything out of pocket to her, but I know we didn't. I did initially ask for the manager but when the manager came I told her we were ok and we were starting over and I felt things would be good going forth. We'll fastforward to every time we needed something we had to ask whoever was walking by. The manager did come by from time to time but she was also assisting other customers. Finally I said to the manager why hasn't "A" been back to check on us. We keep having to ask any and every body to get us what we need, bicuits, drinks, etc. The manager made the statement once there's an altercation on the floor the waiter/waitress can't come back to the table...First of all please tell me when was there an altercation and 2nd of all why was it not communicated we no longer had anyone assigned to our table. You spend $156 plus to not be treated no better than that. It made us feel like were the problem. Where do they do that at....Red Lobster in Greenville NC

Okay, the food was good, but I paid for an 8oz container of tartar sauce. I've been a customer since their opening in Florida, and I've always loved their signature tartar sauce. Turns out, and I don't know if it's a Greenville thing or company-wide, the tartar sauce was clearly out of a bottle and tasted like a Kraft product, for the cost of about $7.00. VERY DISAPOINTED.

Went there the other night after my sons soccer game. Haven't been to one in years. The young gentleman that seated us was outstanding. He had a great personality. Ones we were seated and are server took over we couldn't ask for a better server. Food came out fast and great. One of the best experiences we had eating out.
