This location is very convenient for me to visit and my kids are in love with their endless sides, so we visit this place very frequently. We have never had a bad experience with the food or service that we have received. The restaurant is typically kept in good shape cleanliness-wise and the bathrooms are typically clean on every visit. I have had rare occasions in which there was trash from straw wrappers etc in the floor but staff were attentive and got them cleaned up quickly once they were able to. I believe by now we have had almost all of their servers at one point and they are all a great team. Absolutely love to come here for a quick and easy dinner!

My spouse, son and I went there yesterday (February 15) and the service was nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted and sat along with a high chair for our baby. Our waitress was super sweet and everything was quick and efficient. The food was delicious and we as well as other guests (from my observations) were checked upon more than routinely to ensure our needs were met. I was just reminiscing on the service and food and decided to leave a review! I believe we found our spot 🥰

Looking forward to eating at a red robin since I haven't eaten at one in awhile..Service was slow ask for a well cooked burger still had pink in it we sit probably 15min with no beverages My opinion it was very disappointing

Check your pickup order thoroughly or dine in. Ordered a beef patty no pink in app for pickup. Got it home and patty was so pink even after recooking I couldn't finish due to feeling nauseous. Also extra fries were missing.

Red Robin is one of our favorite places to dine. The Greenville location is our preferred one verses Jacksonville. The food is always hot and served with friendly smiles. We enjoy the endless fries and the menu has many selections.

I am a big fan of Red Robin. Over the years the presentation of the burger has changed, it seems the bun formula has as well...just not for the best. Now it's just an everyday hamburger I can get anywhere. I like the bottomless sides, but the fries seemed to have been waiting to be served for a while.

Food was decent kinda pricey for just burgers and fries though you can get fine dining for a few bucks more they have specials though so thats a plus if youre on a budget atmosphere is meh bathroom needed attention they got on it immediately after being advised about it but the service top tier and for that I give it 3.5 stars
