I have frequented this establishment for almost two years and the past several times I have gone, it has sadly been terrible. The waiters and waitresses forget about my table often. Forgetting drinks, sides, sauces etc. what’s sad is that it’s not just one waiter. It’s every staff member I’ve encountered. I have tried waiting around for the manager and I have even asked staff to speak with them, and been forgotten. Not to mention the newest hostess is rude and un kind. Please do better, I used to love this location.

We walked in and sat down with my two young children and all the tv’s had on a show with full nudity present. I told the manager to change the channel. When I was told they were too busy to do that I said we would have to leave if we couldn’t have it changed since I didn’t want my young children to be exposed to the full nudity and they said they didn’t care if we left or not…so unfortunately the once family restaurant has turned into a we don't care about our customer’s experience restaurant. Won’t be back.

The restaurant was showing videos of naked men on TV. When we asked them to turn it off the staff checked with the manager and we were told they would not changed it because they were too busy.They said if we didn’t like it we were free to leave. With a 5 year old and a 9 year old, we chose to leave.

I got a decent burger from here last week. The burger was great, but they were very stingy on the fries. The meal wasn't worth the $18 I spent. It is quality food and I had a good time, but it's never worth spending $18 for a burger and 20 fries.

- Food is good.- Receptionist was very rude ( Fake blond with thick eye glasses) very unattractive.- they charged $3.00 for entertainment fee without using it. I only use to pay my bill. Upon notification to manager they fail or offer refund as of curiosity.Manager fail to provide refund process information and waiter fail to delete unnecessary charges upon receiving the paid bill and tip.

Burger was still raw eventho I ordered it well done.. The place was empty.. The waiter was on whatever. But overall my kids enjoyed it!! But personally I won’t be back no time soon.. I need that low grade to rise some ??♀️

Asked for simple burger and got hard bun with cold hamburger and nothing on it. Asked for lemonade with no ice, cup came crammed with ice. I decided that Red Robin is off my list of places to eat.
Great place to have a burger when there is a game and the local bars are pack.The beers are served in a huge cup which is always a plus and the kids enjoy their food here.

Overall visit this time was ok. I saw another table that was sat after us and after we put in our order get their order before us. It looked like we had similar party/order size. When our food showed up, it was cold. Server checked on us once in a while. Felt like we were bothering our server if we asked for something outside of when they would stop over. Maybe our next visit may be better.
