This was my first time eating here. But, I certainly don't plan on it being my last. The food was really good, but what made for an exceptional experience was our server, Tamiyah She was so pleasant, personable, and attentive, but not overbearing. Great dining experience in all aspects.

I have been coming here for a few years. I was hesitant about the menu changing as our a year ago but it has been substantially better. When you walk into Seared, the atmosphere is always welcoming and the service is consistently high quality.
My personal experience sitting at the bar, I’m always greeted within a few seconds to less than a minute at most and accommodated. Jordan and Taylor had a full bar tonight and they didn’t miss a beat! Lainey, the manager is always welcoming and adds additional assistance whenever needed whether you are at the bar or table.
The menu has a solid range of options based on cheaper to more expensive dishes. The bar tenders provide detailed explanations based on what you may be looking for whether it’s food or alcohol.
I’d say I really want drafts to become available again. In the meantime, they always keep you in the loop with the common and unique beers that are available.

Food was decent but service was horrible. Waitress was new and it was obvious she was overwhelmed. Never received drinks, salads, some sides, refills on water, rolls, chicken on an Alfredo that was ordered or any check on meal or refills. We were never asked about a dessert . Manager never came by to check on us even though we had complained to another waitress. Won’t be back. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up with a manager.

GO TO THE RICKHOUSE!!! Look I was there for the soft opening with friends and loved it. Been many times since but Now... after tonight I will not return until I hear they get their crap toghter. Truth is the food is great but the Service is crap. This last time Waited 15 mins for a hostess to acknowledge we were standing waiting to be seated. Then told by one a 30 min wait because they are short staffed, so we stated we would get a beer while we waited. But she had to check with the bartender...If we could even do that. What! Then the bartender told us it was a hour wait due to the kitchen. They did not have a consistent story and I have never seen a place act like that. Pretty much turned away money.
