The food is always amazing. We go regularly. Service honestly just varies on who you get. We have had some amazing staff on top of it and some that lagged a little but for the most part never an issue. And the fact I can get sushi without the rice for my keto diet is amazing.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten Free and keto and I am able to eat comfortable here without worry.

Me and my wife had just got back from Japan and came here hoping for similarities, but we didnt get what we hoped. the atmosphere was excellent, I loved it. The server we had was also great, kept checking on us, but not as often as we liked, I had run out of drink fast and the sauce in my food was a bit much and needed my drink for this.The food was good, but not what I ordered. The server got a lot wrong and was very apologetic, but we were not offered what we wanted in exchange, so we had to eat what they gave us. The price was decent compared with other places around greenville, and overall experience was not that great with only the server to interact with with so many things wrong with our orders.

This place was fantastic ? ? ? ?. My husband and I went out tonight, and we decided to try here. This was the first time we had ever been here. They had live music, which was so great for the atmosphere. The menu had a great selection of food even for kids! The service was wonderful and on point. Now the food was just so fresh and tasted so good! Everything was fresh, a nice mixture in the rolls, and the sake was so yummy. I can not wait to come back here already, and we just left. We are so glad we also found out they do take out!! I highly recommend coming here and trying their food. It was so great and fresh. The assortment of rolls, food, soups, salads, and more was just unreal! You need to try this place. I can not say enough about this restaurant. Try it!

Shogun always delivers an intimate, quality experience. The staff are so polite and gracious and ready to help anyone they pass by, regardless of whether or not it is 'their table.' This goes a long way, especially when it comes to attentiveness. They are always accommodating and eager to please, no matter the size of the party or the request.
I did forget to take photos. But I can say their food isn't that impressive. Everything came out warm to cold. All the food came out at random times. I will say that everyone was very nice and friendly. I would order the gyoza and tempura shrimp again. But the Habachi, rice, poke bowl just meh. Their sushi was good but not great. So overall it was very expensive and I would not go back. Also the bathrooms were gross. The walls really need cleaning!

This has become our favorite place. The sushi is top notch. we have eaten sushi literally all over the country.... Hawaii, Oregon, Seattle, Portland.... nowhere has better quality than Shogun. We had a complaint here once, the management has gone FAR above and beyond to make sure we never had another. Good food, good people, good prices. Eat here.

This place does not sell sake from any part of Japan. At least not on the menu. They only have 1 bottle from a prefecture in Japan and when I purchased it they made a huge commotion about it.
