I drove 2.5 hours to have this Smoothie. It's been almost 6 years since I've been able to have my favorite Smoothie. It was so worth the wait! I didn't know they sold food bow! I had the avocado toast and my brother had the peanut butter with fruit and honey. It was so delicious!
I ordered through the app and it was extremely efficient. I struggled at first because of the update and it was kind of hard to locate my preferred Smoothie with all the new choices and different locations. But overall, it was fairly simple to use the app, our smoothies were fantastic, and our food was just as good! My brother loved it and he had never had a Smoothie before! I couldn't believe it. He loved his toast as well.
There was only one worker and she did amazing transitioning from dine in to online orders. I was very pleased by her ability to keep up with everything.
I gave three stars for atmosphere because there was an unpleasant odor in the building and the bathroom was not labeled as bathroom, plus it smelled pretty foul, and wasn't in the best shape. Not the most important thing but for me, I needed to use it briefly.

Went and visited smoothie king and the customer service wasn’t what it should be. Customer walked in before us and skipped the line , the cashier didn’t even bother to correct the customer took her order before others. Spoke to the manager about the incident and the manager made excuses for the cashier and customer. I’m sorry there’s no excuse for poor customer service
The amazing, bubbly store manager put me on to a banana strawberry protein smoothie and I fell in love with smoothie king! Great customer service, will return.
If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. On my recent visit to this Smoothie King location, I encountered conduct that was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable for a food and beverage establishment.
The blonde-haired manager on duty displayed outright hostility: she did not greet me, rolled her eyes, and gave me a dismissive, inappropriate look. After preparing my order, she went outside to her car where she openly vaped and spoke on the phone about me. When she returned, she reeked of vape and marijuana, creating a serious health and safety concern.
To make matters worse, the product I was served was of extremely poor quality — it tasted foul and carried the same odor. This raises significant questions about sanitation, contamination, and whether proper food safety protocols are being followed.
The fact that this individual is in a management position is alarming. Smoothie King corporate should be aware that this is not just a customer service issue but a potential liability. This employee’s behavior damages the brand’s reputation, violates basic health standards, and could warrant involvement from local health authorities.
I will also be reaching out directly to Smoothie King Corporate to file a formal complaint regarding this matter. Until corrective action is taken, I cannot recommend this store to anyone and will not be returning.

We walked in at 8:20pm they close at 9pm. The light were off they were mopping the floor. I asked for the açaí bowl and was told they can’t make that because it takes too long….

I ordered via the app for mobile order pickup. I timed my order based on the estimated pick-up time of 10-15min. I was driving into town and was needing a quick pick up experience to make it to a graduation on-time. When I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready, my smoothie was not ready and not even in the blender. No sense of urgency from the two employees working. I had to go to the counter after standing for 3min (and seeing others receive their smoothies) to check on the status. It took another 2min before someone greeted me. My smoothie was not even started! It took from the time I placed my order on the app to actually receiving my smoothie ~25minutes. My mobile order was not prioritized at all. I don't think I would have gotten my smoothie (that I had paid for in the app) if I didn't say anything. I should have just gone to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and will only go there the next time I'm in Greenville and need a smoothie.
I always have problems with delivery orders at this location. Either my order gets cancelled or they simply just never deliver it, but regardless i’ve gotten charged everytime. Whenever I call the store for a refund nobody ever picks up. Unacceptable.
Really disappointing experience. I ordered a smoothie and what I got was just a cup of unblended ingredients like chunks of ice, clumps of protein powder, and fruit barely mixed together. It was like they just dumped everything in and handed it over. Plus, the wait was way too long for something that wasn’t even blended properly. Definitely not worth it. On the other hand, the place was very clean.
I have never been to a slower smoothie shop. The employee had his headphones in both ears the entire time working behind the counter. At one point there were 8 people in the shop waiting. There was one guy working very slow then finally a second stepped in to help but the customer service was terrible. 30 minute wait for a smoothie was absurd. People were running late to work and other places because of the wait time. The quality was also not good as my smoothie was not blended all the way. I would never go back to this location.
