We walked in at 8:20pm they close at 9pm. The light were off they were mopping the floor. I asked for the açaí bowl and was told they can’t make that because it takes too long….
My daughter wanted to try it....loves it...keeps coming back. Service is great, smoothies are great
Just left smoothie king and I have a lot to say.
1. That new watermelon drink they got is too good, I mean too good! Can’t wait to try them all
2. Destiny is a hard working individual and did her thangggggggg with my drink! Thank you for the conversation and making a great end to my day!
I ordered via the app for mobile order pickup. I timed my order based on the estimated pick-up time of 10-15min. I was driving into town and was needing a quick pick up experience to make it to a graduation on-time. When I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready, my smoothie was not ready and not even in the blender. No sense of urgency from the two employees working. I had to go to the counter after standing for 3min (and seeing others receive their smoothies) to check on the status. It took another 2min before someone greeted me. My smoothie was not even started! It took from the time I placed my order on the app to actually receiving my smoothie ~25minutes. My mobile order was not prioritized at all. I don't think I would have gotten my smoothie (that I had paid for in the app) if I didn't say anything. I should have just gone to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and will only go there the next time I'm in Greenville and need a smoothie.
I always have problems with delivery orders at this location. Either my order gets cancelled or they simply just never deliver it, but regardless i’ve gotten charged everytime. Whenever I call the store for a refund nobody ever picks up. Unacceptable.
Really disappointing experience. I ordered a smoothie and what I got was just a cup of unblended ingredients like chunks of ice, clumps of protein powder, and fruit barely mixed together. It was like they just dumped everything in and handed it over. Plus, the wait was way too long for something that wasn’t even blended properly. Definitely not worth it. On the other hand, the place was very clean.
I have never been to a slower smoothie shop. The employee had his headphones in both ears the entire time working behind the counter. At one point there were 8 people in the shop waiting. There was one guy working very slow then finally a second stepped in to help but the customer service was terrible. 30 minute wait for a smoothie was absurd. People were running late to work and other places because of the wait time. The quality was also not good as my smoothie was not blended all the way. I would never go back to this location.

Still waiting on the manager to contact me about a refund from 3 days ago. I ordered a smoothie bowl online and paid for it online. When I got there to pick it up, I was told they were out of acai mix. The guy working said he couldnt do refunds and I would have to wait for the manager to do it when she returned to work in two days. It's crazy that they dont have anyone handle that. I called two days later and asked for the manager. Although the manager was working, she wouldn't take the call and had the employee take a message. When I explained what happened the employee said it would take 7-10 days for the refund to show up. I told her I still would like to be notified by the manager when the refund had actually been done, so I wasnt waiting 7-10 days only to find out that she forgot or didnt do it for some reason and then have to wait even longer. Either way, it shouldn't be that difficult or take that long to get my money back for something I never got. I think it's just an excuse for them to get out of giving a refund. I left my name and number so the manager could contact me and still havent heard anything. It's just very unprofessional.

I was skeptical about trying Smoothie King based on previous ratings, but I’m glad I did. I haven’t been to a Smoothie King in years so I asked the employee about the menu. She was helpful in explaining the menu items. The smoothie I had was delicious and it’s highly likely I will return in the future.

Atmosphere only 2 out of 10 because of the girl that helped me !! , I was there yesterday around 3:45 ish to get me a acai bowl. I’ve sent someone to get me a bowl before and it looked like the very first picture , I came yesterday and it was TOTALLY different. I already felt unease because the boy that was working kept calling the girl “aye” instead of using her name like she was a pet. and then proceeded to tell me he was the manager when I asked for a manager , I told him I needed a refund and he told me they don’t do those ! He told me I shook my bowl up. he didn’t even mash the acai down , my bowl didn’t look like love at all he just threw everything together!! and told me it was my fault! this bow is 13$ trying to skimp it is insane. My first bowl was delicious and I got my moneys worth ! the acai didn’t even stop near the top of the bow and the topping didn’t even overlap the dome cup at ALL , I was very disappointed in my visit and truly won’t ever come here again. we need a new location for smoothie king ASAP!

Pulled up after driving 40mins to be told they are not taking any in store orders. What’s the difference between and in store order and online order. No sign on the door or anything l.
White girl blonde hair nose piercing and some tattoos had an awful attitude and is extremely rude.
